Location was good, the communal areas were nice, the restaurants and buffet were good
The rooms need up dating and work done
The pool was colder then the sea, ruining that part at least for my kids

The property is located in a sun-drenched bay, with expansive, well-maintained common areas. We stayed in three different room types: a single adult room, a family room, and an executive suite. The staff were consistently helpful and kind, and the food was among the best we’ve had in any all-inclusive experience. Drinks were variable but generally good.
We were very happy with our stay but noted a few areas for improvement:
1. Dated Family Room: The family room felt quite dated, with furnishings and a TV that seemed over 20-30 years old. Although this wasn’t a major concern, the TV was from the 1990s, making it difficult for us to access children’s programs.
2. Disrepair: The family room (room 3620) showed signs of wear, with poor paintwork, unfinished edges, and some mold.
3. Arcade: The arcade area was a letdown, with mostly broken games and an outdated selection. Compared to other resorts, where arcades are lively in the evenings, this one was largely empty, much to my 4-year-old’s disappointment.
4. Kids Club: Our son wanted to try the kids’ club, but we found it empty with no other children present.
5. Room View: While the family rooms technically had a sea view, they overlooked the car park to the side. The views from the executive and single adult rooms were far nicer.
6. Large Youth Group: There was an international swim meet, which meant the family area was crowded with teenagers. This wasn’t a major issue but did affect the experience.
7. Cold Pools: The pools were very cold, especially in October. They were mostly empty due to the temperature, and it would be wonderful if they were heated to a comfortable level for children, perhaps with solar panels.
Overall, these were minor concerns, and we still had a great time. We look forward to returning next year, planning to book an upgraded executive suite with additional beds. Thank you!

Rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff friendly and warm. The manager asked to sit down with me when I had some feedback, which was greatly appreciated. Great location, spectacular sunset views. Food and drink in all inclusive package was good throughout. The Italian restaurant was exceptional and excellent table service was provided.
Overall the hotel fell short of its 5stars and price point. The cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and facilities were that of a 3 star hotel. Tables were not cleared in the pool bar all day, resulting in 20 plus empties on the tables, sunbed areas were dirty and littered from the previous day every morning and the kids club area (specifically the pool table area) was not cleaned the whole 4 days we were there. The same glasses and rubbish remained on the very dirty and dusty floor and table, with 2 broken umbrellas propped up in the corner of the room. Room was lacking a coffee machine.

Very nice place to stay - we had there everything we need. Supermarket is across the road and so bus stop and some pubs. Delicious breakfast, room with sea view are perfect. The sea is very close and you can choose if you want more waves or calm sea. Nothing bad....
We missed only some clothes dryer on balcony to put wet swimwear. All otjer was great.

We were delighted with EVERYTHING at the hotel - it was truly 1st Class and we couldn't have asked for more. The food was excellent - breakfast and dinner - and our room was a delight overlooking the beautiful beach.
We couldn't have been more delighted - absolutely met our expectations 100%

We stayed in the Junior Suite with a sea view which was an amazing experience. Waking up to the ocean each morning and being a stones throw from the beach was amazing.
Breakfast was extensive and good quality (Albeit busy) But no faults for the hotel itself.
The pillows aren't very comfy and the subeds are taken pretty quickly.

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful views. I loved our room, which was very clean and spacious, and we had a lovely view of the sea. We enjoyed cocktails on the terrace.
The only problem was the waiter at one of the Italian restaurants, who looked my husband up and down (he was wearing shorts, in 40 degree heat...), then told us it was "fine dining" and they had no tables, which was clearly untrue. He took a rude tone and said that we should go to the buffet. A genuinely classy restaurant would not allow that kind of behaviour from an employee, so that made me think it wasn't as high end as it was made out to be. It was a shame as we were otherwise having a lovely time.

Leaving
Breakfast and dinner staff couldn’t do enough to help you.
It was like Benidorm revisited. Food was very medicate. Not recommended.
Accommodation was dated and tired looking. At check in, I was left waiting for my room to be ready only having to tell the reception was waiting 30 mins later. No orientation of hotel provided.

A perfect location with fantastic views, spacious area, a nice spa (it costs 6 Euro per person for the entire day), an abundant breakfast, swimming pools. There is a diving center and water fun activities.
The spa can be included for hotel guests

The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast choice was unbelievable and the room service was top notch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here. We didn't eat the lunch or evening meal in the restaurant, but instead we chose room service from the lovely menu. Cannot fault anything over the week we were there, and the only downside was coming home.
There wasn't a thing we could be critical about and it wouldn't be fair to dream one up. I suppose there will be critics but what do you want out of a holiday in a hotel? if its comfortable, roomy, friendly staff, clean and tidy, then that is what you get here.

A traditional large-scale 5-star resort was not a place I was relly expecting to stay on my quick tour of Cyprus, but I was very pleased I did. The situation of the place is truly great, the building and facilities while not super-modern, did not feel at all worn-out, the staff were very enthusiastic, huge amounts of public space, nicely presented rooms with all the 5-star comforts. I ended up in an upgraded room that had doors straight onto the garden in front of the beach. I only had breakfast there which was excellent. If you travel without hiring cars then the bus service to and from Paphos is frequent and €1.50.
Its certainly possible to get lost in the maze of facilitities. There is not much else really close around the venue if you wanted a buzzy street vibe. The bar across the road offers an alternative for meals, and there's a convenience store though it seemed closed for the 2 days I was there in Nov.

The most lux and value for money breakfast we've experienced.
Needed more pool lounges.

Room was very good, very clean, huge TV, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and some fruit on the house and the views were beautiful. Very fast room service. Breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. We had an issue with the car and they helped us very kindly in reception, very friendly staff.
Crowded buffet, and went in high season so a lot of people overall. Also for this reason the price was expensive. Pool pretty full and many kids screaming around.

Food very good especially at the pool bar.
Pool not big enough for amount of guest another family pool needed

really lovely staff and the food was good but we didnt go all incl as the strip in Coral Beach and the Arapis Cafe on Corallia Beach are excellent. The drinks units were very very generous. My son also loved the daily pool polo match.
There were a few bugs - all dead. I think I found 3 cockroaches over the space of ten days. I think they came through the gaps .. But as they were not alive I didnt freak out.

Staff were helpful & the hotel & rooms were exceptionally clean. We got a free upgrade from a Mountain View room to one over looking the pool & beach. We had a late flight & we were hungry arriving, when we got to our room there was a bottle of Prosecco, sandwiches & a fruit platter with compliments from management, we were delighted, such a nice gesture.
Bit of a walk to the strip but not too bad.

Overall was a good relaxing experience.
Spa area, jacuzzi and warmed indoor pool were my highlights.
Dinners in main room were tasty and had a different concept each night.
Hotel area is very big so a lot of space to enjoy, good for the soul.
Cleanliness.
I would rate this hotel as a 4.5 star hotel.
Rooms are split by plasterboard so could hear neighbouring guests.
Building is not most modern.
The only warmed Indoor pool was packed with kids, so was difficult to swim there.
Wifi worked most of the time, but a few times a day just disconnected and wasn't available which was annoying.
I recommend adding more bandwidth and mesh technology if not used.
