Will stay here again

- The family room was kind of small but overall it's a good value and great choice for a big group of friends. - Front desk was really friendly and helpful. - Hotel has 24hr gym and restaurant/bar on the ground floor that operates til late :) - Breakfast was good and we all really enjoyed it every morning! - Amazing location - 1 min walk to the shopping mall, 5 min to the train station.

The shower in my room was kind of broken, making the hot water feels like room temperature water. It was already cold when I visited Stockholm (around 6-12 Celsius degrees at night & in the morning) making every shower I took quite unpleasant. We told the front desk about it on the first night (Saturday), and they sent the technician on Monday morning which is understandable as they don't work on the weekend. They fixed the hot water eventually but that was the last night we stayed at the hotel.

Good location

Great location, easy access to public transportation subway and bus station. Grocery store near by, such as a small shopping mall. Good breakfast, many options of food and drinks. Kind and helpful staff.

Our room didn't have a minifridge even though the designated space was there. No ice buckets for the rooms either, only cups filled with ice, and it was annoying to go down to the lobby every time to get more, because in our room didn't had a telephone to the reception either.

Buona posizione non centrale ma con metro e bus molto vicini

Camera bella con tutti i confort Colazione a buffet La posizione fuori dal centro può sembrare lontana Ma in realtà è molto comoda Con la metro stazione globen (a due passi ) In 4 fermate si arriva alla central station Ottimo per famiglie o gruppi

Struttura molto grande quindi con parecchi ospiti In sala colazione c’era un po’ di confusione Ma devo dire tutto gestito bene

Jättebesvikna. Kommer inte välja Quality Hotel för egen del eller rekommendera till vänner. När man kostar på sig en hot

När vi kom var rummet inte städat. Dammråttor på golvet, bäddsoffan inte iordninggjord , där låg kolor kvar i den från föregående gäst, handdukar till 2 personer när vi bokat för 4. När vi kom till rummet andra kvällen var det inte iordninggjort. När vi påpekade det, kl.20.45, fick vi besked om att det ska man be om. Det hade vi inte fått någon information om. Vi fick till svar att ” vi skickar genast upp någon som bäddar”. Kl.22.10 kom det en man. Då sov våra barnbarn!!!! FÖR SENT! När vi visade vår besvikelse vdi utcheckning fick vi 2 frukost voucher som kompensation. INTE OKEY!!

Fijn verblijf in het algemeen. Comfort moet beter.

Heel goede service en een uitgebreid ontbijt.

De comfort van de kamer was slecht. Bedden waren niet goed waardoor ik een slechte nachtrust heb gehad.

Hotel mit Ambiente bei Avicii Arena

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Lobby. Immer etwas los, gutes Frühstück und trotz vieler Gäste für jeden ein Platz vorhanden und keine Warteschlangen.

Man konnte die Fenster nicht mal kippen, alkoholfreier Cocktail etwas zu teuer, von drei gebuchten Räumen einer mit Badewanne anstatt Dusche.

Modern hotel in convenient location in Stockholm

The family room was spacious, the location is easy to find, it was clean and modern

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the room was a bit noisy, the parking place is very confusing and very hard to find

Very good

The bad was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

I didn't particularly like the shower. After using it, the entire bathroom floor was wet. Also, the windows were facing incide the building.

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Rooms were great. Very clean! No noise in the hallways! Breakfast was also great.

The parking situation at the hotel is a nightmare! Clearly not enough for all your guests. Also the receptionist sent us to park in the most expensive parking at the arena. But we found the hotel had a door leading from Parking 3 in the shopping mall into the hotel and that was cheaper to park there. Also I asked for extra towels in our room before we arrived and this was confirmed by email. - We didn't have extra towels in our room. I had to go and get from the busy reception at 8pm on the day we arrived.

the breakfast was amazing, the rooms large, they have an iron and an iron board in the room ready, it has a small balcony with chairs, definitely exceeded my expectations. very friendly staff and the location is a no brainer.

they have cosy lighting in the hallway so it felt a little dark sometimes but I genuinely have no negative things to say.

Great hotel for family visiting shows at Avicci Arena

we loved the parrot at the entrance which was the receptionist bird. it shows the company cares for their staff, nice to see. the games area around the restaurant / bar also allowed kids to hang out while the adults had a cocktail. there was also a good sized little mall next door for shopping.

the surrounding neighbourhood was a little run down.

The staff was really nice and helpful.

My room had some dirt from previous customer, nothing big but still, cleaners can and should do better. The showerheads were quite dirty and it seemed like someone had sat on my bed before I arrived to my room because the bed sheets were so wrinckly.

We had a wonderful time.

Location, general cleanliness, fantastic and friendly staff, comfortable room, great dinner in the brasserie.

On arrival there was a chocolate stain on a chair in our room, which the cleaning staff dealt with immediately and apologised once we informed them. The breakfast room was uncomfortably busy with few available seats when we arrived at 08:45.
