A refaire….

Hôtel au calme,reposant,les menus sont très bien préparés. Les chambres 103 ,douche privative,très propre,la literie et le chauffage. La brasserie et le restaurant, et le personnel avec une gentillesse incroyable.

Bucolique

Le calme absolu dans un ancien moulin isolé au fond d'une vallée. Un cadre idyllique avec une terrasse le long de l'eau. Un restaurant que je vous recommande et un super déjeuner 🙂 Pour les amoureux de la nature et des randonnées, ce lieu est un passage obligé.

Great! Would stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The beds and room were clean. The staff was wonderfully helpful! We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! I recommend this to any of my friends.

The bathroom only had shower gel (combo for body and hair). Separate shampoo would not be a bad idea.

Miejsce klimatyczne ale cały urok psuje wręcz niegrzeczny personel.

Obiekt w byłym młynie, w pięknej okolicy oraz w bardzo klimatycznym stylu. W połowie budynku muzeum młynarstwa. Na miejscu restauracja oraz możliwość wykupienia śniadania. Gdybyśmy rano nie natknęli się na kelnerkę (Pani Ewelina - tak, Polka), to nie udało by się nam napić porannej kawy!

Personel w żaden sposób nie był zainteresowany wygodą mieszkańców. Poczynając od braku możliwości komunikacji (tylko j. francuski lub słaby niemiecki). Nie było nawet prób porozumienia (nawet z wykorzystaniem np. translatora). Nie znasz mojego języka to twój problem, Dość niechlujnie wykończone pokoje: drzwi do pokoi nie domykające się. W jednym z zamówionych przez nas pokoi nie było klucza a recepcjonistka, skierowała nas na piętro (domyśliliśmy się), aby zająć ten pokój, który jest otwarty. Oczywiście nie zaprowadziła do niego a mieliśmy go znaleźć sobie sami. Niestety łazienka jedna na całym piętrze (dla 14 osób). Rano do godziny 10:00 nikt nie przyjmie zamówienia na filiżankę kawy. W pokojach żadnego wyposażenia kuchennego (czajnik, sztućce, filiżanki, talerzyki ... ). Niestety zainteresowanie gościem żadne. Zapłaciłeś to dalej się martw.

Ogólnie zadowoleni ale radzimy właścicielą trochę popracować nad komfortem.

Miejsce bardzo fajne. Dużo przyrody oraz miejsc na spacery.

Nie domykające się okno. Zerowe wygłuszenie. 1 łazienka dla 3 pokoi i drzwi tuż obok niej sprawiły że w nocy inni goście nas ciągle budzili.

Dépaysement recherché réussi.

Bel emplacement, beau jardin avec transats, tout l'extérieur très bien. Parking en face de l'entrée. Le restaurant est très beau. Personnel souriant. Un repas en brasserie et un repas au restaurant: très bons les 2.

Le prix pour mon chien. Il ne prend pas de douche et ne mange pas au restaurant! Il m'a coûté aussi cher que les 2 jours où j'ai mangé à l'hôtel. Le prix de la nuit avec salle de bain commune (pour 4 chambres). Heureusement, pour mes 4 nuits, j'avais la chambre à côté de la SDB. :-)

The food was nice, not super pricey. The location was amazing, there were at least 4 walking trails as soon as you walked out the door

As expected from an older building, the walls were very thin. I could hear the tenant above me snorring.

Sehr ruhiges Lage, etwas ausserhalb und gutes Essen - ideal zur Entspannung oder als Zwischenstop

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und etwas ausserhalb des Orts. Das Hotel ist eine eine alte umgebaute Muehle, die viel von dem Charme der Location behalten hat. Zur Bahn sind es etwa 5km, welche mit dem Fahrrad machbar sind, allerdings nur ueber strassen und nicht ueber radwege. Die Speisen und Getraenken-Auswahl ist sehr gut, preislich etwas im oberen niveau. Die Qualitaet des Essens war sehr gut. Es gab eine Grosse Weinkarte. Essen und Getraenke wurden (bei gutem Wetter) draussen serviert sodass man die Aussicht und Ruhe geniessen konnte. Im Aussenbereich gab es mehrerer sitz und Entspannungsmoeglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war relativ einfach (und relativ dunkel), das Bad allerdings modern renoviert. Das Fruehstueck war gut.

ich bin mit dem Fahrrad angereist, das Hotel hat leider keine gesicherte Abstell- oder Lademoeglichkeit fuer ebikes. Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar sehr bemueht etwas zu organiseren sodass ich mein Rad in einem der Hinterzimmer des Hotels abstellen konnte, im Endeffekt musste ich aber die akkus ausbauen und im zimmer laden. Nach mir kam noch eine groessere Gruppe Radfahrer an, was dann endgueltig dazu fuehrte dass das Laden ein Problem wurde. Kleiner Punkt beim Essen und Getraenken - die Karte ist ausschliesslich franzoesisch aber das Personal hat auch hier sehr gerne ausgeholfen.

Idyllic place with one big issue

A very idyllic place with a decent spot to store a bicycle. Dinner and breakfast were very good.

The doors were very loud and squeaky and with the shared bathroom it resulted into an interrupted night sleep.

Good location for people who like easy going.

Calm location. Nice diner in the evening. Restaurant OK even if not everything was available on the menu. Breakfast in the morning was OK.

Did not like the fact having no own bathroom. In the single room the bed was too small. More the feeling of a youth hostel rather than hotel.

Nice location and building. The evening waiter/receptionist does the job professionally.

Very rude and inefficient waitress at the restaurant in the evening (had that experience twice already). There was almost no food left for breakfast in the morning when I arrived (at 8.30), and they said that that was it. The room was dark, smelled bad and was quite noisy. I was really disappointed.

Great location, friendly staff and superb food at the restaurant.

I was travelling via motorcycle with friends and the staff were extremely accommodating in allowing us to use the courtyard for more secure parking. The menu at the restaurant was varied and the food and drink superb. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and engaging. The garden area next to the stream to the rear of the property was nice and relaxing at the end of a days travelling.

The buffet style breakfast choice was excellent, but I think the area could have been a little bigger to allow the guests to chose their food and drink without intruding on other guests space. In no way is this a deal breaker, simply an observation that didn't deflect from a well run and equipped hotel.

Good facilities but far from everything.

Good room and the bathroom is outstanding.

Very far from everything, the food in the restaurant is good but it took us almost two hours to get the meals to be served. Staff could do with being a little more friendly.

Beautiful hotel but not much customer service.

It was clean and had a rustic atmosphere. I really like how charming this place was.

The room was very clean, however the mattresses were old. I felt every spring in the mattress. The pillows were so thin that I had to squash them up to make it feel like I had a pillow. The staff in the dining room seemed to have forgotten us a few times and took longer to receive water, ketchup and even to order our food. The receptionist in the morning was blaming me that I was hard and stressful towards the waiteresses. She kept repeating that we should have looked at the website to see that reception was open from 8am. I mentioned that we were told in the evening that we could pay our dinner in the morning at check out. If that was the case we could have paid in the evening. We had to leave early due to commitments. I only asked the waiteresses if they could help but they were rude and not interested.

Superb

Beautiful peaceful and secluded location. Great little rustic playground for kids and a stream with bridges for stick races. Old paddle wheels and millstream add so much charm. The restaurant and coffee are top notch. Facilities are very nicely upgraded

Bunk room had a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Bed was a bit too soft.

Inte most remote parts of Luxembourg

It's a nice experience, but the finish of the hotel is out of date. It has probably not being taken care of in many years. The restaurant was really good

Old-fashioned hospitality and a paradise away from the hassle and bustle of urban summers.

The room was cosy and pleasantly cool in the evenings and throughout these very hot summer nights. Breakfast was great with a buffet featuring fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurt, eggs, cold meats and cheese. The bread was fresh and absolutely delicious as were the viennoiseries. The location of the hotel within a well appointed nature reserve (Life, Natura 2000) is second to none.

The ceiling light fixtures didn't match the style of the room with led bulbs dipping the room into a cold, yet insufficient light.

Room is good, better than expected. Good toilet and shower. The restaurant was exceptionally well. A true ‘herberg’ in the positive sense.

No mosquito screens in the windows, motorcycle parking on the street.

Idyllic countryside location, very relaxing.

I’ve been meaning to try this hotel for a while, the photos show the mill nestled in the valley next a small river. It’s very pretty and well maintained and the staff is excellent.

I’m hard pushed to negatively comment so the only thing I can think of is that the breakfast coffee was tepid. However, a member of staff gave us piping hot coffee from behind the bar, a great way to deal with my little niggle.

Super nice place! But a bit pricy and with rude receptionist.

Beautiful place, in forest, quiet and cosy. Amazing food and good wine!

My booking was for 4 people, so not a small customer (left 550eur for one night!) so it is quite pricey! Address on Booking and Google Maps is incorrect. I spent 30min on the phone with receptionist to get directions where the hotel is and I got only answer 'it's 1km from the city! the only building in the forest!' But no tip which direction shall I go. There are forests everywhere... So some local people helped us at the end. And after that the receptionist acted like she was mad at me for that! Quite rude, this is not how you should deal with customers that couldn't reach your place not by their fault!
