A localização do hotel é incrivel. A beira do lago Brienz. Lugar bonito e tranquilo. Querendo ir ao centro de Interlaken, eles fornecem tickets para onibus ou barco e em 15 minutos está do outro lado de interlaken. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com frigobar porém sem ar condicionado, o que dependendo da época e da pessoa, faz falta. Funcionarios simpáticos, e prestativos.

O quarto é simples, atendeu nossa necessidade, porém precisa de um cuidado a mais na limpeza. Tinha alguma sujeira debaixo da cama e teias de aranha no teto.

A total disaster - no calm and relax, only a loud party

Nothing, a place is a total disaster.

We came to Thun Lake seeking calm and relax, and in Neuhaus hotel we have found completely the opposite. We arrived at a summer weekend when the weather was very nice, and the place seemed more like a beach festival area: loud music, people screaming, and no peace at all. It is located very close to the popular camping spots, the walls are very thin (and windows too), and you hear everything inside your room, it's not soundproof at all. If you are looking for a calm relax during the summer, don't chose this place. I cannot state how this hotel might be during the colder months, but I would never choose it again during the summer period. A total waste of money.

We loved it!

The location and view were amazing! We got off the boat and we were right there. We loved the view from our room. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was great. We highly recommend.

I would have loved to stay another day. It was great.

Super Duper Awesome

Location, price, staff, services. Everything about it was exceptional, specially the balcony rooms in main house. The view was incredible.

You can reach the property very easily by bus in just 10 min. from train station ( interlaken west) but if you missed your last bus, which is around 10:35 PM, then you need to walk around 3 Km on where some portions of this road doesn’t have any street lights and it’s super quite. Btw same road in day light looks super awesome because of the landscape and the Mountain View’s.

Beglückendes Erlebnis trotz Wetterkapriolen.

Ausserordentlich gepflegtes, stilvolles Haus in grossartiger Seelage mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal und ausgezeichneter Küche. Wir werden das Haus weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen.

Personal war unfreundlich. Beim Check out sollte ich eine Rechnung für Getränke vom Restaurant begleichen, welche ich nie gekauft habe und trotzdem zu meinem Zimmer gebucht wurde. Die gezeigte Rechnung war weder von mir noch von meiner Frau unterschrieben. Ich wollte natürlich die Rechnung nicht bezahlen, da ich nichts im Restaurant gekauft habe. Danach kam die Drohung dass ich nicht das Hotel nicht verlassen dürfte. Letztlich habe ich auf Polizei oder Anwalt verwiesen danach dürfte ich plötzlich gehen ohne die Rechnung zu begleichen, die natürlich nicht von meiner Fam. war.

Amazing view.Good location.

there are no nets for the balcony from the chambers, the biggest minus, the pillows are not very comfortable. We didn’t like the nearby restaurant, we had dinner, a big hair came out of the food, we didn’t touch the food, but they still charged us 120 francs, it’s a pity that with such a beautiful view the hotel has such shortcomings and disappointments, Due to the fact that the hair came out of the salad, we did not go to our breakfasts paid in advance..

The hotel is set on the lake, the view in the morning is just breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and helpful, contrary to the reviews I've read prior to our arrival! Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Considering the price, we paid; we could have definitely got something much better.

The location is great. Good outdoor space for kids.

The staff was helpful at check-in only, but not the bald gentleman at the reception who was arrogant and didn't seem to care a damn. The breakfast - a decent spread but everyday, exactly the same except one change in the cold cuts section. Nothing else. Horrible beds.

The breakfast was amazing at the hotel and the views were really good! Fully recommend to anyone visiting interlaken or the Jungfrau region! We had really good views of the lake and mountains and the transport was included. The ferry stops right outside of the hotel if you are interested in taking a river cruise !

Location a bit off from Interlaken Ost and West, and if you miss the bus, you need to get a taxi which is quite costly

Great location with great view of Lake Thun. Very delicious breakfast. Accessible with bus stop in front of the property. Got a free discount card on buses and boats.

Not about the property but Bus 21 going to the property is until around 7pm only. Thus, if you want to stay late for dinner in interlaken or somewhere, you will need to take a taxi.
