Good

Breakfast was fine, location was very good because the pool and the beach was really near us.

I can hear the wind into the door of the balcony and I cannot sleep well because of this. În the picture I saw two balconies but our apartament that was given has only one balcony

Overpriced for what it gives

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. You are basically right at the beach.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to ,for these reasons in particular: -incompetent, not to mention unfriendly, staff who barely speak English even tho they have a lot of foreigner tourists. Any time you have an issue they will say “it’s not my problem” -they have a small parking lot with max 10 spots which are always busy. On our first day we asked the gatekeeper where can we park and he said everywhere. The next day our car was taken because we parked on the left side on a corner which apparently is illegal in Bulgaria. We went straight to the reception to ask what can we do in this situation and the receptionist said “it’s more of a police matter” and basically wanting to do nothing to help. When she saw how serious we were with her because it was the hotel’s fault for not having parking spots, she called the manager who was the only competent person there that spoke English and wanted to help. She drove my friend to where the car was taken but we still had to pay 50 leva as we were fined. Not to mention that if you want to park inside the gate ( of the hotel) you have to pay extra. -the food is bad. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have paid extra to get breakfast included.Even in the restaurants where you can pay ( like the pizza bar) I had food cooked to the minimum extend. Highly recommend not to eat there -the wifi is poor, it goes in and out -the room is dirty. It was dirty when we checked in and through our stay. The first picture is from my pillow on the day I arrived. The second is from a day when we went to the beach and when we got back, the housekeeper left sand in our sink. The housekeeper will not clean if you leave a mark that they can come into the room, at most they will take the garbage out, get you new towels and a new toilet paper. Nothing more. One day I thought they changed the sheets only to find my dirty pillow ,from my first day, right on top of the bed.

Not worth it!!’

Only the location and view was good.

No one came to clean the room for the entire stay. Bath towels were stained. The water stopped twice and as a goodbye when checking out I was asked whether I cleaned the kitchen?!!!! Seriously! For the amount of money I paid that was not worth it! We had friends who stayed in different hotel twice cheaper than ours and had fantastic service. This was meant to be 4 star hotel.

On the beach so location is perfect for a family vacation. The pools by the buildings are well-maintained but the lounge chairs around them are not comfortable and outdated. Breakfast was good (choice of drinks was poor). Our apartment had 2 bedroom so very spacious and with a gorgeous sea view.

The bathrooms and sinks are not well-maintained. Door handles come off and mosquito nets are either not there at all or have huge holes in them. The elevator is small for such a large vacation building. Warning: the bar tender at the restaurant by Building C yells at guests who sit on the cushions with wet/damp bathing suits on. Given this restaurant is in a beach resort literally on the beach, the expectation to not come for lunch from the beach with wet/damp clothes is absurd! The bold guy with tattoos and glasses (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) started yelling at my son who does not speak Bulgarian and attempted to push him off the seat! Insanity! We had ordered the food so we finished our lunch and left but will NEVER set foot there again! I’d fire him in a heartbeat as I’m sure we are not the first nor we will be the last people he will treat like garbage!

Everything. Huge apartaments, lots of pools, clean beach. A relaxed hotel perfect for familly vacation.

Some curtains to keep the room darker in the first hours of the morning or afternoon would help a lot.

I would definitely visit again, but only because of the location.

The location is great. Close to the beach.

On arrival, the room was not clean. The bed linen was quite old,the towels were worn out. The cutlery was very old and obviously not washed in a while. The lunch buffet is ridiculously expensive, if you’re not on all inclusive basis, and the food quality did not match the price.

Very good

Overall it was a good experience.

The apartment was not properly cleaned in any day, expecialy the bathroom floor, which was not cleaned for several days, even after I informed the front desk. And the fact that both air conditioners did not cool the air at all, they were only ventilating the aer. I informed the front desk but nothing was resolved until we left.

Superb

Lovely amazing resort with an amazing view to the sea, pool and bar area with music , the perfect recipe for an amazing holiday. I highly recomend this place, and is a great value for money . The only thing that I feel sorry for , is that we couldn't stay more than 2 night...this location is at least a whole week staying for being able to really enjoy it .

The facilities need a little bit of improvement for example the hose and shower head needed to be changed...they were extremely worn and some light missing in the bathroom

Good location, disappointing hotel (realistically 2 stars)

The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is wide, clean and not very busy. We had a sea-view apartment and the view was great - the sunrise over the Black Sea. The rooms are spacious, but very sparsely and poorly decorated. The random selection of cheap furniture is not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. The room also lacked basic hotel toiletries like soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

Half of the staff were quite unhelpful and borderline rude. When we arrived at this 4 star hotel I was told to park in the dusty field outside, because I can't enter the hotel area before checking in and paying for a parking space. Once we checked in and I had paid for a parking spot, I was given a specific parking spot inside the bounds of the hotel - when I went there to park it was already busy (taken by a non-paying client). The reception lady was very unhelpful when trying to resolve this, which in the end I had to do myself without help from the hotel. The breakfast is sufficient to not be hungry, however far from a 4 star hotel standard - e.g. the "fresh orange juice" was just squash in plastic cups...

Good quality for the price

The location is wonderful, staff very polite and helpful. The beach was clean and not crowded

The bathroom was never cleaned, the sand from Sunday was still present on Friday. No soap or shower gel in any day, and we also had to buy toilet paper as that was randomly provided. The 2 ACs only worked as ventilators, neither cooled the air, I announced this on Tuesday morning, and nothing changed until we left on Friday.

Only the location and the view

The cleanliness sucks, it was dirty all over the resort, including the restaurant where the "all Inclusive " eats, the rooms nobody cleaned them. The room- we asked for small towels which supposed to be one for each person and we had not and extra pillow for 3 days until we get them, 2 days before we check out they took one of the bedsheets and nobody replace it so qe slept without bedsheet, they don't change linnen and towels at all, we were 7 days there!! We were all Inclusive- total waste of money!!!! The food is awful, it is made from cheap products, it was dirty all over the restaurant, around the food, the kitchen stuf are touching the food with bare hands. You barely find something to eat, even the cheese and salami are bad testing, the bread was hard and not fresh. All Inclusive packages do not include the facilities in the resort!!! You need to pay for them. Entertainment is very poor, three guys are playing and dancing in the same song every day. They were afraid to call the people for games i think. The drinks/ alcohol were the cheapest ones, not good!!! Coffe is from machine, not espresso machine, it is bad! NOT WORTH IT ATT ALL!!! The money we payd were too much! The room it self was dirty from beginning, mattresses not comfortable, dirty kitchen, bathroom was broken, there were no warm water to take shower, only cold, sometimes if you are lucky you take shower with warm water.

Perfect balance

Perfect location at the beach, very close to the towns of both Obzor and Byala. Calm and clean beach which at the same time offers various attractions for those who look for adventures. Wonderful balance for all types of tourists.

A tiny issue with running water shortage which happened only once and was incredibly quickly resolved. Very friendly and professional personnel who fix everything with ease.

Relaxing vacation.

Perfect location, right on the sandy beach. Clean water. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, towels changed every day. We noticed some things are not OK at arrival, we announce at the reception and within one hour people from the maintenance come and fix it. The resort is quiet and has many pools (one heated). We didn't have meals included, but at Tropicana bar we find good fast food dishes. Obzor center is at 20-30 min walk / 5-10 min with car.

More attention to details could be a plus for this resort.

The location is good and the beach is nice. The staff was nice and accomodating. Food was pretty good

Disappointing

The beach is good and in front of the hotel. There is an underground parking. The apartment was spacious.

The hotel is far from the centre of the the town. The restaurant closed every day in the afternoons and there was no chance to have dinner. No cleaning of the room was done during our four night stay, which seemed to e a COVID-19 measure to avoid contact between staff and guests.
