Beautiful property in an amazing location . Staff at reception was lovely,
We had to leave before 8 and couldn’t come back until after 4 because there was something going on .waste of money for a day ! Couldn’t use the facilities because we couldn’t stay in the hotel .
Bed was rock hard , dreadful sleep .

Staff was friendly, Hotel is clean and at a very good location. Free parking is definitely a plus value.
At arrival after 16:00, the room was not ready (check-in starts at 16:00), and we were not given a time when it would be ready. We had to wait for about 45 minutes. On the positive side, we were invited for a drink on the (beautiful) terrace. When going into the room, the extra-bed we had ordered for our daughter was not there. The room also was too small for an extra-bed. Another room could not be found, so we accepted to have a bed squeezed in and spend one night like this. The next day, we were given a larger room. Thank you to the very nice lady taking care of the rooms.
At check-out, we had to wait about half an hour until the complicated check-out of a group had been done. Hard to understand why the check-out paperwork is not ready in advance, and why no second person was present at the reception to do our check-out (which was done in 3 minutes).

The location and the view.
When booking, I had asked for a table by the window in the restaurant. I was informed the hotel would try to accommodate that when checking in. When checking in I was told the restaurant was closed. It wasn’t - they had a function on…
It was stifling hot in the room - so the windows had to be open with the fan on full blast. That was a problem.
There was a function right underneath our open windows which partied until well past midnight - the night porter finally closed the party at 1am on request.
However, at 7am the breakfast customers started.
The room was dilapidated with paint cracking several places and a lot of dust in the harder to reach places.
Not a lot of sleep and not commensurate with the price.

Room was a bit warm as there was no air con

The Junior Suite was comfortable, spacious and clean. There was a good view over Paris. The hotel is right beside a large park/garden.The staff were lovely., friendly and helpful..especially Richard. Hotel had a nice "feel"...not stuffy
The air conditioning was not switched on so we had to open windows to reduce the heat. The advertised English channels were no longer available and the internet was intermittent...off completely for 24 hours. These are basics for a hotel of this star rating....and for the tariff charged...

Beautiful big s aside clean room with everything you need.
The room we stayed in was situated just above the kitchen and as the place has a restaurant there are some noice from the kitchen both morning and evening. So if you want a fully soundproof room a you should ask for a room not above the kitchen.
But it was fine with us and we slept like a dream.

Nice spacious parking lots, a nice hotel with great views from the terrace overlooking Paris, you can see the Eiffel tower in the distance, The Hotel has a nice atmosphere and the people at the reception are very helpful and very nice. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, the rooms are quiet.
Breakfast was very poor just baguette and some marmalade with coffee and orange juice. I expected more of it. It was well below my expectations and regarding the price you have to pay for the breakfast they should have done better

Location good. Close to RER for Paris
No restaurant open. No candles lit. No fire burning. No extras nor attention to detail. Not generous with little extras that show care and attention. Very small rooms.

the hotel suffers from the lack of staff which is the same as everywhere else at the moment. it is a great shame because it is a superbe hôtel. the staff are friendly but there are not enough of them.

Gorgeous property in a spectacular location outside Paris. Right outside hotel is a beautiful park with miles of trails, perfect for a run! I’m so glad we booked a night here before our flight. The view of Paris from our window was stunning. Our room itself was huge, with a separate hallway to spacious bathroom and separate loo. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

location and the reception person (Chandelle) was very njce and polite, trying to help as much as possible.
bedroom so small that my luggage could not fit on it. no facilities like gym and not even tv apps like Netflix with old TV.
the “gastronomic restaurant” is bad and it is very expensive with bad quality food.

receptionists and the location of hotel but to be honest i was not happy at all for the breakfast setup and it was my wife birthday i thought the hotel has sent us at least a Cake 🎂 but not gotten anything. apart of that all was great 👍
room was so small and thought was bigger

Very poor service. I arrived early in the morning and worked in the hotel lobby area waiting for my room to become available at 4pm. After waiting for half an hour for the lunch menu, I decided to order an Uber Eats. I asked politely at 3 if the room was by any chance available. A simple and polite answer of ‘no sorry we tried but can we offer you a coffee while you wait’ (at my cost for sure) would have been absolutely fine. I was not staying in a cheap room either. The rudeness of the staff just for asking a simple question put me off entirely so I left and booked myself into another hotel (which was cheaper and much nicer). It was worth paying extra for another hotel - in the end I was happier but was very disappointed with the service.

The front desk manager Mathieu was exceptional. He transformed a booking error which had us in a « closet » into a very proper room which accommodated our needs perfectly.
A lovely location but the facilities were a bit worn.

Convenient location to centre ville with a beautiful view of the Seine and Paris. A hearty breakfast of cheeses, charcuteries, and eggs/bacon or sausage, and of course, wonderful pastries. Given the choice, this is the only place to stay in St Germain en Laye.
It rained a bit too much during our stay!
