Very professional and pleasant people are working on the reception in this hotel. Also cleaning ladies were brilliant and super friendly.

This hotel is nowhere near 4* as you would expect. it’s very outdated and with tired interiors. The room was clean, but in urgent need of some renovation. First of all the air condition system is not working, so all night it was super hot and stuffy. The most uncomfortable beds you can imagine - pillows are hard like brick and very heavy hot duvets. In the bath tap is floppy, moves from the touch and you need to be super careful not to break it completely when taking shower. There is no basic toiletry apart from hand wash and shower gel. Even simple shower cap was not available in the room. How close is it to 4*?

Staff at reception rude and unhelpful, while you are paying they let other French speaking guests walk up and deal with them whilst they are meant to deal with you , keep you waiting for no reason , my key card for the Door didn’t work , I went back to reception and they changed it , it still didn’t work , the receptionist left me for ages then went up to my Door , he couldn’t get it working either but kept trying and kicking the door eventually it opened so he just walked away , no apologies or anything let’s hope it work’s tomorrow when I go for breakfast, literally one of the worst and rudest Hotels ever , avoid , you are treated like scum

Parking, close to the metro, comfortable beds, pretty spacious room for Paris and really good coffee and croissants!

Thin walls, some psycho next to us had a lengthy conversation in the middle of the night, we even could hear a person that he was talking on the phone with. Staff at the restaurant is weather grumpy or rude, beter don’t ask them anything, they will make you apologize for your question. The heating is insane, no idea why it has to be that hot.

it was dirty, used, partly broken, far too expensive for the price. It´s a tourist trap as nobody would come back there for that price/performance ratio and there are no excuses for this.

Cleanliness !!!! Hotel should be rated with maximum 2 stars. Windows were not cleaned for a long time. The mold on windows was disgusting.

The hot water didn’t work for 2 days, they did tell as the issue before check in but they said tomorrow is going to be fixed, anyway the day 2 I asked to change the room, the did give us a different room everything else was ok, & was clean room & hotel

The hotel overall is very bad, NOT A MERCURE AT ALL. They gave us an old, rotten room at the first floor which was very bad. I spoke to the reception and told them that this is not what I booked and they gave me a key for another room which was the same (also at the 1st floor). We slept for the first night in this room and it was the worst experience ever. I complained the next day and they gave me another room at the 6th which was better than the rooms on the 1st floor. We asked for a kettle as it was missing but the staff at the reception didn’t understand what is a kettle and then another staff came and looked for a kettle. The hotel location is very dirty and far away from centre. The money paid not worth what we got.
