This hotel is so comfortable, clean, tidy and the rooms have everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Uopste nema wifi, mozda gostima iz Unije nije potrebno, drugima jeste. Velika zamerka.
8.0
Very clean and great location
9.0
Very poor WiFi system - vouchers at reception, but reception closed at night...

A good sized apartment but not that clean.
The cost is way to high.

Great location on the outer edge of the Naturist Village. Peaceful and overlooking grass / scrubland. Quiet, but near enough for access to the main village. Facilities were good as well.
The pool is indoors, which was a pity.

The room itself was decent and the receptionist was friendly. The gym was very well equipped.
We didn't have two towels and it took 3 days asking every single day to get them.
The spa was shut one of the days we stayed and the showers were cold one of the days. All of these are issues you wouldn't expect in a spa hotel. There's normally towels everywhere. There was also a creepy guy that kept following us into the sauna and staring at us.

Breakfast is only served in the room and not worth the price. There is a kitchen in the room so it’s best to take your own. No restaurant either. Pool is great but sauna is only on from 4 pm to 6 pm
No restaurant and limited sauna use

Hotel is located in closed territory and for drive in you have to pay additional 15 EUR

Nice facilities (pool, sauna and hamam). Available parking. Safe location (gated area).
The location in the naturist village is not that nice.

we made checkin and she started shouthing at us instead of explaining

Great
Far from the beaches and entertainment center.
Limited time for checking-in.
Parking is very busy.
Air conditioner is placed above the wardrobe that prevents distribution of air through the whole space.
9.0
Great location with good facilities and a larhe balcony. Just on the edge of centre so far enough away from the nightlife to escape if you need to but only 5 minute walk to get into the action.
Whilst we did book this as self catering they did offer a breakfast room service but there were no vegan options.

The spa is the best thing about this property. The rooms are ok with fairly decent decor. The housekeeper in the morning at check out was very friendly and helpful.
The lady was 10 mins late opening reception and checking us in. She wasn't very welcoming and literally just handed over the keys. She acted like everyone was inconveniencing her! She didn't give out the wi-fi code and when i asked her the next day she said the wi-fi was off and to come back later! Consequently had to spend 3 nights of the stay unable to use wi-fi. It is probably that there is a captive market for the village and they know that people will always want to stay, so they make little effort. The customer service is appalling.

There was no people at the reception. I wasn t aware that it cost an extra 15 euros to have a badge to enter the securized area where the hotel is
The lack of personal + the fact i had to clean my own room before departure

The pool and sauna were lovely. Room was very comfortable clean and well furnished. It was a good price for the two nights. We were arriving very late and there was provision for good information and key collection after letting them know our time of arrival.
10.0
The rooms where large, fully furnished with setee, fridge, a cooker, microwave, large screen TV, a very cozy double bed and there was a spacious balcony to sit outside with a drink.
I cannot find any thing to complain about regarding this establishment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and if you wanted to cook there was a kitchen with suitable utensils. There was an indoor pool and well equipped gym - my husband was particularly happy with the quality of the rowing machines.
Didn't realize this was part of a naturist resort - be aware! Check in is until 6pm, after that you have to collect an envelope with info and key from the guard at the barrier arm to the area. They took my passport and told us to drive in without giving the keys. It seemed like such a hassle for them to pick up the envelope and give to us. The guard was not clear when or where to pick up my passport and I was not happy to be leaving it with someone who was not even affiliated with the hotel.

the pool and spa amazing
you cannot check in until 15.00, even though we requested to check in at 12.00

Nice facility.
The pool had such limited hours. Why not keep it open from 10am to 10pm?

Covid 19 limited us from many amities

Cap D’Agde is a great resort
The property is very badly staffed and it is located a long way from the action - the beach/clubs/shops/bars etc
7.0
The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The small kitchen was adequate and the south facing patio caught the sun.
The Covid restrictions prevented the use of the sauna, steam room and pool.
There is no real focal point in the hotel for gathering- it's just a collection of studio apartments.
Some noisy guests in the corridor.
