Perfect stay in Ischia. Clean, huge, near the bus stop but still very quiet.
Everything was perfect.

Tina and her family were excellent hosts and extremely friendly. They made our stay very welcoming despite it only being for 3 nights.
The apartment we stayed in and the general maintenance of the property was not of a high standard. The swimming pool was dirty.

Having to clean the property when we arrived, there was water everywhere across the bedroom floor, and not the correct bed linen. Soon resolved but unexpected
2.5 / 5.0
The place was very well located and very nice.
The room was also very clean.
There is basically no equipment to cook and the team isn't welcoming at all. They never gave any recommendation or never asked about how was going our stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly :) run by a family. We had the depandance next to the swimming pool. Basic breakfast but tasty. Short walking distance to the bus stop, good location to get anywhere.
The fridge in our kitchenette was quite noisy, we had to turn it off at night. The air-con was quite old and not working well, but we could survive :)

we had never been to ischia before and I booked this 7 weeks in advance and we were very disappointed.do not book if you are expecting the cute orange themed apartment with couch and dining table
We booked and paid for an apartment which stated it had a balcony, outdoor furniture, couch, dining table and chairs, fridge, kitchenette etc. on the photos as well as the information when selecting room type when we arrived they didn’t even ask for our name and took us to a makeshift room next to the pool which was only a bed, kitchenette and bathroom. We went back to reception to ask why we weren’t in the room we booked, she didn’t really speak English but she said they were fully booked and maybe we could change the following day. We asked the son again and he said he doesn’t have updated photos for all the rooms and we booked an “apartment” and we have a kitchen. showed him my booking information and photos of the orange styled room with balcony, couch, table, chairs etc and he said no we are fully booked and we should be lucky because it has aircon and is “new”. it was not a new apartment. no sympathy and no attempt to remedy the situation. when we went back to the room, we noticed there was no power to the room. we went back to speak to him and he said it was being resolved. At this point we just wanted to get out of this place so we left and when we came back hours later, it was fixed.
faulty faucets in the bathroom shooting water over the shower screen, the shower head always fell off, the fridge was so old and noisy it would wake us up in the night so we had to unplug it. The only good thing was that it had aircon but the flap was faulty so didn’t really work anyway.

Location is good , close to the bus stop. I like the owner Tina she is very sweet and helpful.
The hotel should improve the shower room. It is old and dirty. The hotel will be nicer if they maintain rooms and upgrade shower room.

Lovely location, lovely place and lovely hosts. We got a room with a private courtyard that was really nice. Location is great, 8 min walk to a great beach. Owners were really nice and friendly and helpful. Would definetly come back

The pool!! Open at all time. The kids loved to take a Quick swim after being to the beach. Lovely garden well-kept and green with different kind of fruits, greens and flowers. Nice with kitchen and two large rooms in the flat.
Forio centre was down-hills and it was a rather long walk for kids. It was also no side-walk with lots of traffic in some places of the walk that made it hard with kids. The bus-stop is really close but its often crowded and you have to wait.

Friendly host, very clean and nice Pool.
Maybe a bit more equipment for the kitchen like forks and knives.
And fix the shower, the handle dropped.

The host was very helpful. The lack of amenities in the kitchenette was made up by a cleaner. Rooms are clean, tidy. Everyday was cleaning.
Somewhat uncomfortable sleeping mattress

The room was spacious, good size for 4 people. There were some games outdoors. The pool could be nice once it’s open. Easy check in and check out. Not far from the center and bus stop.
Kitchen could have better utensils, lots of things missing. One of the blankets had smoking holes in it. Hot water didn’t work but it got fixed after letting the owners know. A bit challenging to communicate with the owners. Location next to a busy road. The room could be cozier, also pretty cold in April (there’s a heat pump that helps).

Helpful staff, nice room, warm in winter time
It was marked that pool is opened, while it was not

The main property (not our room) was nice and the gardens. It's right by a bus stop.
Our room was right on a noisy congested main road and the room was not soundproofed at all. We immediately booked somewhere else to stay for our next night. The next day we were offered a lovely looking quiet room but it was too late. The host's son wasn't very friendly. It was very cheap though and the wider property was beautiful. If you had a quiet room you could have a lovely stay here.

The location for us was great! We didn't have a scooter/transport so travelling there from Saint Angelo was ideal because it's position on the bus route meant that we basically stopped right outside. It's also just a short 15 minute walk into Forio and the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and served great coffee and croissants each morning. Thank you for your hospitality!

On first sight, the property has some nice facilities, like a swimming pool, table tennis and billiards. Even tough they are quite outdated, they still function pretty well. Especially the swimming pool is welcome in those hot days on the island!
The nights in the apartment, however, were unbearable. The property is located on a busy road with loud traffic. So, you will close your windows at night resulting in a lack of fresh air. Unfortunately, there is no airconditioning in the apartment with high nightly temperatures indoors in combination with a small fan. The icing on the cake was that we found out in the middle of the night, that out our bedroom was separated with the bedroom of the neighbouring apartment by a wall with a locked and very thin wooden door. And thus, very little privacy..
