Great location. Comfortable and had everything we needed

The property was close to the cruise port ( we were going on a cruise the next day) and some of the main points of interest- for example the market .. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. The room had everything that we needed and was very comfortable . A nice touch was that the fridge in the room had a complementary bottled water and juice good Minute Maid juice The bathroom shower was very large and had a large rain head shower, which was very relaxing. There were many restaurants and coffee shops within close proximity to this hotel, and we enjoyed lat and croissants nearby

I’m not sure if I was not clear before we went to this property however, I thought there was an outdoor courtyard. We could access at any time however when we spoke with the staff, it sounded like the outdoor courtyard was not available until 7 PM in the evening.

Korzystna lokalizacja - blisko do centrum i nad morze, stacja metra dosłownie u stóp hotelu. Bardzo urozmaicone śniadania. Codzienne sprzątanie. Codziennie uzupełniany darmowy mini-bar w pokoju (kawa, herbata, woda, soki). Bardzo miła obsługa.

Well worth the cost, customer service was very kind Room was hugh with a large bathroom.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had a walk in shower double sink and a large tub. Airport shuttle made our trip so much easier.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room fit our needs very nicely. There was a lot of city foot traffic around the hotel to be aware of your surroundings. We felt safe and secure inside the hotel. Since we were meeting our cruise ship there early in the day, we did not stay for the breakfast at the hotel. A hotel employee took our suitcases for us and arranged a cab around the corner to transport us to our ship. I had intentionally booked a hotel close by the port for our cruise and this hotel was a good location for transportation needs or anything else one might need.

This is in a very busy area which would be helpful for many people. We were comfortable and felt very safe in this hotel and it was in close proximity to our ship. It fit our needs.

Fantastic

Everything was fantastic, no complaints exept for below.

Airconditioning was not getting cold (stuck around 22 celsius) which we really would have appreciated during these very hot summer days.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of the city.

Fantastic location for metro access. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff speaking a broad range of languages. Excellent breakfast, spacious room which was really clean with great bathroom and air-conditioning. We were only there one night (couple and 8 year old) and would have happily stayed longer. Highly recommended.

The room is amazing , best bed, linens, pillows and toiletries I’ve ever seen

Staff at front desk is a bit slow. One checked my parents in a room that was already occupied. On the other hand, the doorman was exceptionally pleasant and helpful!

Great hotel for a city break has everything you could need.

Welcoming, smart but relaxed, very helpful staff and the rooms were lovely. They also had a good breakfast!

As for other places a vegan choice on the dinner menu would be great.

After the check in incident, the stay was clean and pleasant. Meeting expectations.

Showers were very good, modern and quirky - had a personality. Free minibar. Taxi rank outside. Discounted parking.

Check in was stressful, late and the staff were non empathetic and confrontational. Bar prices were excessive. Twin beds and not doubles. Air con varied per room - 1 was really good, the other really poor.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel & room was clean, nicely decorated & modern. The breakfast had many choices; something for everyone. It was close to the waterfront and other tourist attractions.

We went out for supper the second night we were in Barcelona and someone stole our phone right off our table while 6 of us were dining on an outdoor patio down the street. It was a distraction theft. This was a very disappointing way to start our holiday.
