Boa localização

Boa localização e staff simpático. Ficamos no 5o piso e tinha uma boa vista sobre a cidade.

todo muy viejo, no había cortina que dejara pasar la luz sin evitar la visión de los vecinos de la habitación, si abrías la maleta ya tenías que salir de la habitación, el armario olía a cerrado

Localização ótima! Não tenho o que reclamar, td mto simples , mas limpo ! Gostei mto do atendimento, localização, limpeza, estacionamento seguro perto a preço acessível!

O barulho dos bares até as 2 da manhã ou mais pk acabei por adormecer!

I arrived in Vigo very tired and booked a hotel to sleep and relax. The location is excellent, the staff is polite. I liked the view from the balcony and the big bed. It was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to leave my bag for a couple of hours after checkout. But..

Since my main goal was rest - I could not make up for it. The walls are very thin, and my neighbor turned out to be the most unsuitable. All night until 6-7 in the morning he watched TV loudly (different programs, changed the sound volume all the time) and coughed loudly. Wifi didn't work at all, which is just as important for a tourist.

Nice price and good localization.

The price were very affordable. The employees were so helpful, happy and kind. Great localization.

The walls were thin that we could hear a couple doing sex all night which kept us awake for hours.

4€ for the breakfast is exaggerated. It’s a toast with 25g of plastic marmalade and a coffee. Everywhere else in town you get a better breakfast for this price. Room walls are so thin, I listened all night the guy next door:/

Great staff but an average hotel

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful and clearly work hard. The staff cleaning the bedrooms did an excellent job everyday without imposing on you. Everyone seemed to want to help you if they could. The WiFi wasn't working at one point (I needed it for work), as soon as I told the receptionist, he grabbed a ladder to come upstairs and reset it. The location is good. Very close to the port area, and plenty of restaurants. Only a short walk to the main town area. Location-wise, it was a good base for me to work from to find a permanent apartment.

I personally feel the room was a bit cold and had a faint damp smell. I don't feel the windows were well-sealed, which gave the room a slightly draughty feel. It was an interior room (minimal sunlight), and I felt the room got cold at night - even though it's only September. My throat felt a little dry each morning and I think this is the reason why. I don't blame the staff for this, but in future this could be something the hotel looks into. There was an extra blanket in the wardrobe which I did use, but I also think this had a slightly funky smell. I would also have liked a kettle in the room - but I appreciate this isn't always standard in Spain! Also be aware that the staff, (who are Spanish and in Spain!), seemed to communicate with guests in just Spanish. For me, this was fine, but I did see some slightly confused German and French guests...

Room was a good size. Breakfast was nice. Cool building, on theme.

Could use a spruce up. Our shower needed a bit of an update. Auto sensor based lights in hallway didn't turn on when you left your room so you were in the dark until you got to the elevator.

A very friendly Hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

The hotel was central to all activities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Everything else was ok, but the mosquitos in the room ruined the stay.

It was nice to be able to check in late.

The room was very hot when we arrived with no AC (despite it being cool outside) which necessitated opening the windows. However there were many mosquitos that were either in the room when we got there or came in during the night which prevented us from sleeping well. There were also several dead mosquitos smashed on the walls leaving bloody trails which indicates this was a problem for previous guests. Having screens on the windows would be an easy solution to prevent this problem.

overnight stay on journey down to Portugal

difficult to find and no parking on site, right in city centre by quayside, no far to walk to centre.

no parking on site, very old and tired hotel, in need of modernising, included breakfast but very basic with not much choice, family who run it try hard, but not a very pleasant stay. Wi- Fi non existent

Although it was small, it was very clean and comfortable with a balcony over looking the street!

Disappointing

Well it was close to the harbour

Well overpriced, not renovated for ages, not really clean. I think because it's close to sea they up prices and we wouldn't go back again. Breakfast was very poor, no kettle to make tea, nothing prepared. We got one croissant and that was it
