The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Helped with transport to the port. With hiring a car and ATV bikes. Very relaxed. The rooms were cleaned each day, fresh towels and linen each day which was 👍 wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful area. Restaurants, supermarket and beach across the road.
A couple of guests said their beds were hard. It was very windy the first day, the reason why it's the kite surfers paradise. The rest of the week was fine, less wind.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Large bed, clean rooms. Beautiful garden and pool. We were really happy about the breakfast and the variety. The location is good if you want to be close to the sea and enjoy nice sunsets. There is a nice Italian place next door and a good Greek Tavern nearby.
Internet was mostly too weak in the room and only really worked near the reception.
You need a car to go around if you stay in Orkos, buses hardly exist.
You can only darken up the room with wooden shutters outside, which are really noisy if there is wind outside.

The sea view from our room was so beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was very well done with lots to choose from including fresh baked loaves of bread, eggs, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit. We had a two story unit, so we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again!
The bees outside at breakfast were relentless.

very nice if you come for kitesurfing or have a car to visit the island! If you are an active person is worthy go for joggings, walking, hiking, bicycle in the area! very good restaurant 2 min walk! beach is perfect for kite not for swimming! the stat is very helpful and kind! great breakfast and clean rooms! unfortunately the spa is not open! we spent 5 nights there, it was quiet relaxing! never went to the pool but it seems to be okay! supermarket front door and free parking place!

Great hosts and personnel, very kind and accomodating, helped us to change the room to get a ground floor as we had a baby. Room was very spacious. Very good breakfast.
The access to the beach is somewhat not the nicest one and there are no sunbeds/umbrellas. Around the pool no umbrellas either.

Wi-Fi connection is poor inside of the room.

Mikri Vagla beach is only 10min walk which was very convenient without a car! Lovely sea view from balcony & window. Market right across the street, town bus accessible to other beaches nearby & into Naxos town. Delicious Taberna/Gyro restaurant across the street!

Wonderful hotel right across the street from the beach. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning provided plenty of choices. Hotel has a pool and, while we didn't use it, there were several families with children that seemed to be enjoying it. Mini market across the street and several restaurants within walking distance meant we didn't need a car to get to the essentials. This is a great option for visiting Mikri Vigla beach for kite surfing (or watching the kite surfing!).
Nothing!

We had a very nice stay. Our room had a great see view and was very confortable. The parking lot close to the room is helpful, especially to keep the vehicules away from the dust of the main road passing by. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I recommend 👍🏼

All was great!

Very nice place, people, service and location - especially for kiters. We enjoyed the place, the chilled out vibe and location (quiet calm surfers paradise).10min walk to swimmingbeach, 1min for kiting.
Small overselling on pictures - not so much a spa-luxury-place (atleast when we visited during summer). More of a surfers paradise/relaxed vibe atmosphere hotel

The rooms were gorgeous with a great view. Great opportunity to explore more of the island with easy bus transport to and from Naxos port.
This was more family orientated then expected with a large amount of children, particularly in the pool area taking from the ambiance. However the facilities were lovely.

Great staff, most variety in a breakfast i ever had with everything freshly made, innovative AC system that works only when the windows are closed (mindblown!), walking distance from kitesurfing beach and nice restaurants and a grocery shop. Pool was clean and quiet. Everyday room cleaning was much appreciated, spl after a day at the sandy beach
Inspite of being at a great location, we still had to drive to and fro for visiting the non-windy beaches and points of interest, min 20 mins one direction so a car is a must. One of the roads leading to the property is uneven and uncomfortable to drive on (for last 10 mins). We family of 4 stayed in the room a few days, and hoped for an option for a bigger room size.

The hotel was very clean, and the room very spacious. In fact we got upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was unexpected. However, we felt, for the money, and especially in the honeymoon suite, there were a few personal touches missing and a few decoration choices that could be improved. I think if I had been on my honeymoon I would have been disappointed. The hotel looked like it started out or wanted to once be a luxury resort but has ended up a hotel for kitesurfers instead. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was okay, not the best we had in Greece, and especially not the best considering the cost of the room booked, but okay. The pool area could have been improved, overlooking a dusty road and grass instead of paving or decking, which is not my favourite.
Location was not great, unless you were a kitesurfer. There was nothing there except a supermarket and one or two restaurants. You had to drive 15-20 minutes to go to Naxos for dinner/shops and 10 minutes to the nice beaches of Plaka.

Wonderful and quiet place. Very friendly, familial and always helpful. beautiful little hotel with a wonderful garden where we could enjoy a really nice breakfast. Just a few steps to the beach, the ATM, the supermarket and to some restaurants and bars.

Fantastically accommodating when the air conditioning unit in the bedroom failed to turn on. Immediately upgraded the room to a sea view and arranged for a late checkout so that I could change before my ferry.
Minor mosquito issue.
