Het personeel aan de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met name Ger heeft ontzettend haar best voor ons gedaan toen wij eerder naar huis moesten dan was gepland. Zij verdient echt een compliment. De ligging van het hotel is, zeker met mooi weer, prachtig. Direct aan de boulevard.. De kamers, wij hadden ieder een kleine 1 persoonskamer voor eigen gebruik, waren prima. Mooie badkamer en alles netjes en schoon.

Wij hadden ieder een aparte kamer gereserveerd. Het bed van mijn vriend was uitstekend echter dat van mij zo hard als een plank. Het leek op een boxspring zonder dekmatras. Uiteindelijk heb ik de 4 kussens die er waren achter elkaar gelegd en daar bovenop geslapen, maar dit was uiteraard verre van ideaal.

Prachtige locatie

Prachtige locatie met eigen terras aan het water. De Aperol Spritz is vol, oranje van kleur en voor een normale prijs. Voor fietsen afgesloten ruimte beschikbaar op een klein minuutje lopen afstand. Vriendelijk personeel en een uitgebreid ontbijt (al vanaf 07.00 uur).

Wegen der positiven Aspekte kann das Hotel empfohlen werden.

Hotel Monopole liegt am Rand der Altstadt von Harderwijk und am Veluwemeer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Die Bikes wurden sicher untergestellt.

Es war etwas hellhörig, besonders von außen. (Im Nachbarrestaurant fand eine längere Party statt)

Gezellig weekendje weg

Heel vriendelijk personeel en de locatie is fantastisch, aan het strand en in de stad rondom de gezellige kroegjes en winkels.

Het is vrij duur voor wat je krijgt. De kamer is klein en de badkamer erg verouderd. Ook is het ontbijt erg klein met weinig keuze.

A very easy place to stay, comfortable and good value for money

Check in was quick and easy as. the receptionist was very helpful and sorted out parking in a very efficient and professional manner. Breakfast was outstanding, lot of choice and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight

Fabulous place to stay and explore the area of for a relaxing break with good food and wine.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the food was amazing and they catered well for our intolerances (coeliac) the rooms were lovely and spacious will all facilities needed. the location was wonderful with views of the water. We were very pleased we chose to stay here.

We came by bike and despite the helpful staff locking away our very precious bikes we found the door to the bike storage room open as workmen were working on the hotel roof. So our bikes were left unlocked and the workmen workd outside the bedroom window for most of the stay which was a bit noisy and intrusive. Both issues temporary and the bikes were moved to a more secure location the next day so it wouldnt put me off staying here again however I think it would be been nice to have informed us in advance of the planned works.

We returned to hotel at 10.45 p. m. Hoping to get a drink at the bar but it was already closed. This is too early! Also breakfast was served in dimly lit area and was rather uninspiring

clean and comfy. nice restaurant, beautiful views over the lake.

Saturday night noises from down town clubbing around the corner. part of city life I guess, but not a fan.

Superb

It was all very good. Room was clean, coffee/tea facilities in the room, airco (not needed but good to know it is there), heating, windows that can be opened. Breakfast was just delicious. I love Dutch bread rolls.
