Location is brilliant and hotel is nice. What we ordered in the restaurant was very good. Staff were also lovely.
Room was dark and on the small side for a family. Thought it was expensive as didn't include breakfast and 11am check out.

Eerder inchecken op de kamer. Ruime badkamer. Koelkast aanwezig op de "executive' kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Dienstverlenend personeel. Toplocatie.

Very central to everything, large room, all the comforts of a larger hotel, elevator, great breakfast buffet , great shower
A little chaotic at breakfast but very delicious

Amplitud de las camas y de la habitación
Espacio específico para maletas en la habitación inexistente y falta de teléfono de ducha accesorio para evitar mojar la cabeza si no se desea.

It was very close to the city centre and allowed us to explore Belfast conveniently, accessing different transport. The staff were lovely especially at reception and checking in and out was easy.
Lots of condiments for making tea, coffee etc.
Upon entering our room it became apparent that the cleaning standards were externally poor. Coffee ( or what appeared to be coffee) split in not one, not two, but three areas of the room. All over the carpet, wall and skirting boards, this led us to find mounds of dust along the skirting boards and around the bedside table. Under one of the beds which we moved to check the carpet was filthy with dust and bits or rubbish. There was a coffee cup that had not been cleaning properly with marks on the side of the rim and another had a crack on the inside and outside of the cup.
The shower gel was not easy to get out of the tub, appeared the pump was broken but we also struggled to get soap out as well. The bathroom also appeared dirty around the sink.

It was close to the city centre and the grand opera house where the show we were seeing was held
We had booked 2 rooms as a family of 6 and when asked if we could keep one of the rooms for an extra hour after check out at 11am we were told no. Our show wasn’t until 1:30pm and we were only looking to stay until 12pm as we had small children with us.

The hotel was lovely and clean beds were comfy
We booked and paid for a superior room and ended up with a standard, when asked we were told it was down to booking.com. very disappointed with booking.com

The kettle in the room was too dirty! Very disgusting! I opened the kettle and it has old water and too dirty. I think that really made me feel upset cause thats something that we use often in the room.

Location. Staff
The online check-in and check-out system.
4.5
Large room, great tv with many channels to choose from after a full day of touring. Close to laundromat , St Georges market (open Fri, Sat and Sun) pubs and restaurants. Nearby tour company just down the street who we used for booking the Belfast hop on hop off tour bus, the Titanic Experience (give yourself a few hours there) and a day tour to get to the Giant's Causeway.
Staff were not on top of cleaning up the hallway litter of people's room service trays. Breakfast buffet overpriced.

Most comfortable beds and pillows , our room was massive for the price we paid we paid £120 for 1 nite ,
Breakfast was delicious one of the best breakfast I've ate yet , loved how u were able to choose how much u want , I'm fussy eater only eat sausage an bacon was able to put on as much bacon as I liked. Would definitely stop in just to eat the breakfast alone nxt time I'm in Belfast shopping lol
Although our room was beautiful comfortable bed an pillows etc we had a very noisy water cistern which kept me waken all nite was just a let down even with bathroom door closed I was stil able to hear the water noise everything else perfect

Honestly ... The Leonardo Hotel Belfast was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
Ok we had to pay for the breakfast separately... but it was the best choice of food available.
Maybe there could have been more people working on reception at any one time due to the high rate of people moving about.
