Séjour très agréable

Bonjour, j'ai particulièrement apprécié le contact avec le personnel de l'établissement. Celui-ci s'est montré très à l'écoute, très disponible et très sympathique. Également très appréciable l'emplacement de l'établissement très proche du Vieux Port et la chambre était confortable avec la présence d'une bouilloire. Je recommande cet établissement

Le seul point négatif...la présence d'un moustique mais j'ai pu finalement m'en débarrasser

considering pros and cons, it’s good value for money. we would return here if back in Marseille.

Location, daily cleaning, change of towels, friendly and professional staff.

Elevator was not working at all times; got connected to WiFi not at once; no air conditioning; noise from the street during the night and early morning.

The toilet in room 33 was placed in a very narrow place and impossible to use for a normal sized adult. I had to use the toilet in the lobby.

Perfect location. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable room. Well maintained

Lift didn’t always work. TV had to be unplugged as it wouldn’t switch off. Otherwise fine.

Decent & cheap stay for a short visit

Great location, staff is available 24/7 and very accommodating, luggage storage

Windows were not well isolated so it was a bit drafty, not very pleasant or comfy but fine for the money

a suitable hotel in the center of Marseille

excellent location. in the city center. a few steps from the marina. smiling and friendly staff. Hot water in the bathroom is good. The cleanliness of the room was good. There are entertainment and gastronomy venues such as bars, cafes, discos on the right and left of the hotel.

The rooms are narrow, the walls are very thin. The noise of both the next room and the outside comes directly into the room. The stairs are a little steep. The building is a bit old. Despite all this, it is never a bad hotel. If I come to Marseille again, I will stay here again without hesitation.

the whole hotel was terrible! all dirty and unsanitary. there a bugs in the room and the shower. there is no duvet in middle of January. we got freeze till morning and we’re sick now. I suggested to all to find another clean hotel.

easy to find, great location. day time reception guy very helpful

I thought the rooms were too small and the mattresses could have been better quality. would of preferred a view out onto the street then into a grey courtyard

Lovely location, noisy hot room, no customer service

Excellent location, good value

There was a power cut when I arrived, after three hours wait l insisted on being given a room, after 6 hours power was restored. No refund, no action, the lady on reception simply stared out of the window. Room was not very clean. While it wasn't the hotels fault, I lost one of my two nights there, no apology. Room was tiny and hot, lots of street noise. Filthy windows. Customer service lacking, when I asked for a price reduction the lady asked why!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the price was okay. You get what you pay for I guess.

The carpet in the hotel looks like it’s 100 years old and never been cleaned. The lift never worked. The rooms are very warm and okay clean.

Superb

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, bigger than anticipated (based on other people's reviews) and everything worked fine. Location is absolutely perfect.

Walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening next door, but if you get earplugs, you're all set.

Good value for money in terms of location, and friendly staff.

Bedsheets: Either they didn’t get changed before check-in or they don’t get clean anymore and aught to be replaced Noise: Paper thin walls, best hope for quiet neighbours

Very good

The atmosphere of the hostel was nice. The staff (not all of It) was really kind especially the italian girl. I had a problem about payements on booking and they solve it. Clean and good room. I would recommend it.

It would be nice if the staff would spend a few minutes to explain the main of the city and about the organization of the hostel. Not all the staff was nice, maybe because I was not speacking french.

good lower end hotel

rooms are clean, place is tidy. very basic though, no clim, small, shabby carpets, used furniture, well, its a 2* in the center of marseille. but well run, relatively cheap.
