We arrived the property at about 5 pm and had been told that their rooms were damaged and we had been referred to another property. Very disappointing to get the notification when we moved all our luggage to the front desk for check in.
No comments since we ended up didn't get a chance to stay in this guesthouse.

Welcoming friendly staff, clean comfortable room and delicious breakfast. All you could ask for from a Guesthouse.
No complaints at all.

The hostess really made our stay a succes. She is so friendly and helpfull. And the location is awesome! Such a beautiful area! And of course, The Ring of Kerry!
The house is beautiful, but it does need some extra loving in the form of some renovation. The showers are small and the waterpressure too low.

A lovey place to stay. Relaxed and friendly day with very helpful staff. Comfy beds + quiet location meant a great nights sleep. Highly recommend.

The host was really nice and helpful. And we all loved the breakfast. Room was small but cosy. The garden’s beautiful.
We lived in the room near to the main road and it’s quite noisy during night.

Location was great
Bedroom very small. The shower was extremely small. Needs updating. Looking out the window, all you could see were trees right next to the window.

John was exceptionally helpful and full of local knowledge. House was in a lovely location..very central while not in the middle of a town.
Rooms need revamp.
Tv is tiny and remote didnt work.
Single glazing in windows meant you could hear every car passing.
Shower pressure was very poor

Time for the property to get an upgrade / refresh! We stayed at numerous inns in Ireland in the same price range and this is the only one we would not return to. The rooms specifically need new mattresses and paint. Shower tile and bathroom also needs attention. New linens. We were grateful, but it all looked much cuter online and even though the room was clean - it didn't have the feeling of staying in a clean room because things were too outdated and cracking, etc. Just telling you honestly so you can stay competitive.
