Nothing. All good

Nice rooms with a balcony. Well equipped bathroom with shower and bidet.
The sliding doors to the terrace are absolutely not sound proof and the road is quite noisy. I stayed only night. That evening there was no hot water in the bathroom, nor the next morning. Upon my check-in at 19.30h this was not mentioned, not sure if the staff knew this at that time.

Breakfast is nice, and excellent location. the staff is nice and everything is always clean come here once a month for work, the hotel is lovely and comfortable. many great restaurants in walking distance. overall my favorite hotel in the area. Most of the rooms are great.
I was always happy here, but sadly this time I got the single room (the last one available) . and I was quite disappointed. It's tiny, and very simple. the only window is in front of a building window so no privacy, no desk for work, or even a chair. not even nicely organised as the other rooms in the hotel. I think it was room 105 so I would recommend not taking that one specifically. .

Impeccable and modern hotel, staff SUPER friendly and knowledgeable -- in particular Roberto and Giulia --, good breakfast, central location, parking, etc.. -- all factors that make it an excellent hotel.
Nothing, everything was first-rate.

great location, new, clean and pleasant.
the bathroom and shower is a bit tight and simple in comparison to the room.

The breakfast is superlative and the restaurant as well.
Specifically, the dinner was one of the best I have ever had, attention to the customer, amazing food and preparation.
The room was super noisy, windows are not sound proof and until 3am at night young guys on the street they were screaming so loud that was not possible to sleep. I wonder why anyone from the hotel didn't say anything to protect the quietness of their guests. I needed to call the receptionist at 3am to make something so I could sleep.
The most upsetting thing is that at the checkout, I received a call at 11:15 from the receptionist (9-Jan) asking to free the room. I was already prepared with my luggage, but it was really impolite. I didn't check the time of check-out, so I thought it was at 11:00 and I was sure to have just 15 minutes of delay, instead the checkout time was at 10:30am, so I accumulated a delay of 45min. Anyway, this is the first time in 25 years of travel that I receive a phone call from the receptionist saying literally "You need to free the room". I believe another approach would be "Sir, do you need additional time?" ... and I want also to add that it was sunday morning, and I didn't have the feeling that the hotel was super crowded ... really an unprofessional way of working. As said, this is the first time that happened to me in 25 years of travelling.
