Great house with the best view

The view!!! The house has two bed and bathrooms and a spatial kitchen TV was modern with enough channels and apps

Kitchen appliances bit outdated (cooling very noisy) During our stay the surrounding was very quite (many shops and restaurants closed because end of season)

We loved it. The host was very responsive and the apartment and view are beautiful. We would very much like to return.

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view.

A tea kettle and spatula would be nice. just a few more kitchen utensils. The host offered to bring us a kettle but we made do.

Peaceful spot

The location the pool the view the beach very relaxing

The bed was a little hard The kitchen was laid out in an illogical manner Needed some more soft furnishings The TV remote did not work and we turned it on manually but the signal kept breaking up Was a bit warm one night but couldn't get air con to work We used the dishwasher as a drainer for the dishes

Easy access to surf with a great view!

Beautiful and well cared for property. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us but the extra bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the place would be just fine for two couples or a family. Loved the incredible view and easy beach access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit of a drive into town, but sometimes you want quiet more than convenience.

Lovely place to spend a few days with your partner.

Beautiful location right on a gorgeous beach. Also, we had a lovely balcony, and we were further in the back but still had a gorgeous view. Friendly staff helping us with restaurant reservations and reccomendations.

May bank holiday visit

The best part of the property was the garden and the amazing views over to the beach and is where we spent most of our time. The staff were not on site but did everything they could to help via WhatsApp.

Decor was dated with dirty marks and scuffs on the walls, air conditioning didn’t work, neither did the lights in one of the bedrooms. We spent the majority of the time in the garden. No direct access to the beach.

Great view but lack of maintenance

Great location just over the beach. Low tide permits long walks. Top floor apartment/villas have a good view especially those at the corner close to the sea. Quiet location beside Flamenco hotel (closed). If you know the road, it's close to interesting sites-like Cadiz, (approx 1 hour) and great beaches, Car necessary.Friendly staff (but not really efficient). Too cold for pool in October.Nice private roof terrace.It's part of about a block of +- dozen villas/apartments where some dont have a good sea view. Select carefully.

Though we are senior ladies, we got no help with luggage. Aircon/heater didnt work. First choosing 22 degrees it was icecold( 17 degrees?). When weather was fresh we wanted the heating, but only got cold. We didnt like that they knew about this, but noone had warned us, so we lost a lot of time trying out everything. The electric small heaters dint really help.The quality of the bedrooms was rather basic with thin walls. Complicated and long /slow check in . Friendly lady showed us a complicated path to the beach though there was a very simple and short one. There should be an available list with supermarkets for guests, because this took the lady a long time to find, and finally we had to drive at dark. We got terribly lost closeby even with TOMTOM .There were only towels for 1 person, 1 kitchen towel: and only next day we got the others. Too bad, because we liked the place for its situation and view.
