Only stayed one night as my mother was taken ill on the first night while we were there, not much to like to be really honest.
Entrance hall was very old fashioned no reception as such, very surprised to have been asked to pay in full before we had even seen the room, probably heard our Liverpool accent and probably thought we might run off without paying? Carpets in dinning room and hall ,stairs and landing tired and dated, the DELUX bedroom "mmm"I think having a king size bed and tiny shower room doesn't make it DELUX , mountain view lol the top of a hill was visible and a lovely view of the car park and rooftops behind the hotel,in the morning when we told Nathan the owner we had to leave due to my mum being taken seriously ill,we where not even asked if we would like to have a bacon roll or toast to have on our journey home which was very disappointing, no way was this hotel worth £235 for two nights of anyone's money ,you could hear the people in the next room using the toilet and brushing they're teeth , i would never recommend this hotel to anyone ,location to far from the town centre and we thought that we should have been offered a small token of compensation as of the circumstances £235 for one night and no breakfast disgusted

The staff were amazing! Polite and welcoming
Literally the only thing was the bed was a little too hard for us as we like a softer mattress and I know a lot of people do prefer it on the harder side but there is nothing else

The breakfast was lovely and their was various options to choose from. The staff were very accommodating and would adapt breakfast times to suit your plans. The rooms had luggage racks. USB ports and bath robes. On the landing was also extra coffee tray supplies which we found very handy. The free parking was great and was on street or they had a hotel car park too so plenty of space. The location was perfect and just a ten mins walk from the main attractions.

The owners were great hosts, breakfast was good and everything was very clean. lovely sea view.
It was more of a walk into Llandudno centre than we had anticipated, although there is a regular bus service just behind the hotel.

Looking at your booking site we thought it would be what we were looking for. And it was nice and quiet in the bedrooms of the night, parking the car. Was no problem. And we all enjoyed the choice of breakfast, nothing was to much trouble ,home from home. . Highly recommend,
