The hut was right on the beach next to the restaurant.
Service and food wasn't great at the restaurant. Room could have been cleaner.

The restaurant staff were unhelpful and the breakfast and food was poor.

The location at the beach was awesome.
The beach was clean and quiet.
Cleaning staff was okay.
Bed was okay.
Shower was horrible. It was dirty, water was dripping all the time and the water pressure of the shower was really low.
The food was horrible and the coffee tasted like it came from an oil tank.
One Female restaurant staff was really unfriendly and slow. Unfortunately she was mostly on duty.
Absolute overpriced for the quality. But Koh Samed was overall unexpectedly expensive.

truly amazing location with bungalows/huts on the beach. with everything you need around you. chilled and sabai sabai - the location was worth the somewhat dated accommodation but I guess Covid has meant upgrades have been difficult. air con worked great.
there was nothing I didn’t like

Breakfast is good, I wouldn’t need anything more. The room was super, spacious, clean, with a comfy sofa and seating area and a desk. The little bay and the beach is great, fine sand, turquoise water, clean and peaceful. Nice restaurants on the beach. Only a few tourists and no boats, all because of Covid. Great walk in the forest to the next beaches to the north.
I could’ve used a reading lamp. There is only one in the room and very weak.

The location of the resort is very good. Beautiful beach and very soft sand and not too busy. The room is good size and has air con. The restaurant is also good size and offers a good selection.
When we arrived, the room was still dirty. Dead bugs and dust on the floor and on the shelves. When we asked them to clean it, the staff were very nice and sent someone to clean it. When we came back an hour later it looked like the cleaner had just emptied the bin (which was our own stuff anyway). We had to specifically say what the problem was and show them where to clean.
Breakfast- breakfast was ok. Omelette station is nice and there was a reasonable selection of stuff. However, one morning they were serving pancakes and when I cut into it I found a cockroach inside. The staff took it away and said sorry which appeared to be the end of the matter.

Location fabulous, beach reasonably clean, lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was really nice with variety and changes most days. Friendly staff.
Rooms could do with an upgrade in some respects, we had no hot water and small towels were provided. Meals were good although the menu was fixed.

I like that the resort is right infront of the beach. Its quiet area make you relaxed. There's water activties and swimming pool that you can try. We had a great time with my family and friends.
The resort need to clean the fallng leaves to look neater. The security needs to improve beacuse I can't see a guardhouse at the entrance.
