Everything!

Everything was great. The location was so nice with mountains, forest and beach altogether. The service and staff were super. We were well taken care of. The design of the villa created the feeling of calm and peace.
A lot of mosquitoes. But I guess it’s unavoidable.

Great breakfast and restaurant staff. Beautiful villa.
Over-priced for level of service. Management didn't get involved when there were a couple mishaps. They charge for everything in the room when I already paid $35,000 for the villa. Had a kitchen but guests aren't allowed to bring in outside food to cook. Why is that? Our room service bill was another $6000 and the food was fair to average. Also they advertised water sports and other activities, but actually had none of that due to weather, however it was one of the reasons I selected the resort. Overall a big dissappointment.

I booked this resort my parent’s wedding anniversary. They had an incredible stay and the staff was really nice ans carring. I would recommend a 100% !!
4.7
the privacy we had, calmly, decent, no hectic no programs you had to follow
shuttle service to town very limited and just on one single time per day and after two hours back.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and very professionally managed.
there was NOTHING that I didn’t like

we loved the place excluded from the busyness of the daily routine. great support of the staff and GEM (butler service) by Winny.
next question? one small remark though is sandflies. management is aware and try to solve this issue.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The resort was lovely. The staff were friendly. The free ice cream was delicious.
The host mixed up our arrival time so we were left at the airport without a ride. They quickly sent someone to pick us up after I called them. Besides that the experience was good.

The resort is beautiful. Each villa is very private with amazing views. Everything is beautiful arranged inside the villa, I really liked the balcony view and also the outside bathroom was really nice.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager Mr. Eric makes sure to speak with the guests each day and our GEM Holiday was so kind and welcoming. We also thought our trekking guide Lam was really nice.
The breakfast needs a special mention. The quality and choice is unbelievable - I have never been to a hotel where you need a tour of all the breakfast options.
Not really a negative but some of the food and drink prices are a little high. Of course it's an exclusive resort and being an island everything needs to be imported but if things had been a little more reasonably priced in the resort we would have eaten there both nights and made more use of the mini-bar. That being said, when we did have dinner at the hotel, the quality of the food was excellent.

Incredible personalised service / hospitality and friendly staff - best service we've ever had. Beautiful resort, luxurious and every detail was taken care of. Stunning beachfront location with incredible views and infinity pools. Some of the best food we had in Vietnam.
We couldn't stay long enough...!
