Very clean with friendly staff. The hotel is 5 minutes from the central station on foot and 3 minutes from the Congress Center - south building. Perfect location if the event is in the Congress Center.
There was no elevator and the stairs are really high. There was no shower gel only small shampoos and a soap. No net on the windows as well as no airco.
3.8
The room was spacious
Breakfast was a buffet so easy to choose what you wanted
Near the Hauptbahnhof
Near bus routes
Walking distance for many shops, restaurants etc
Everything was fine
3.8
spacious room, good location and easy check-in
for the high price we payed for deluxe apartment we would expect at least small shampoos or douche gels in bathroom. also, before we asked there were no cutlery or glasses in the small kitchen.
and yes, no aircon can be really annoying in summer when it's 30 degrees C.

The room was very clean and had everything you needed.
The room didn‘t feel very warm. Good for a day or two, but expected a bit more from
the photos.

Its a great location for our trip
We were very close to reception and the window opened onto the courtyard this time, but its a great hotel and definitely our favourite in Weisbaden
3.8
Great location in the heart of the city, minutes walk to restaurants, galleries, shopping mall.
Friendliest staff, quiet place for weekend gateway or long stay.

Staff was kind and helpful, location is good, room was very clean.
Bad acoustic isolation of the room, the door was to thin.
A heating pipe was going through my room heating the room up beyond my control. It was way to warm

Overall it is a good hotel. good location and clean rooms
however, the room that I got looked nothing like on the pictures. I got a room on the ground floor, it smelled something not nose and the window is just a bit above the ground. it felt like a cage a bit. also I could hear loud noises from the door buzz all night long, people talks and breakfast room. it was very annoying

Great location and cute hotel
Disappointed about the breakfast (not worth the price)

The space ist relatively wide. Good place to spend for a short family gathering
No elevator. 4th floor is a bit strenuous especially if you have things to bring like child stroller or carriage. For 3 rooms and 1 bathroom/toilet... Hope to have an extra toilet if 6-7 person is a challenge.

Location was wonderful for public transportation, restaurants, grocery and park for kids
There were no fans in our very large apartment when we arrived. It was very warm outside so made for an uncomfortable night the first night. The staff however, quickly fixed the issue the following day and brought us 4!!!!! Fans. There was also no silverware, knives or any cooking utensils. Which was off considering it was an apartment with a “full” kitchen.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast was nice. Apartment was very spacious (got upgrade to deluxe, but I can imagine regular is also nice). We did miss some type of airco, but these extreme warm days are so rare. In the evening we sat in the balcony for a bit when the kids slept, was perfect for us.
All was great, as mentioned we missed airco, but these extreme warm days are so rare that it will usually not be an issue. Plus when opening windows on all sides we created a pleasant breeze, also the balcony was nice

The hotel has no AC however it is somehow very chilled even in the summer. That surprised me. Location-wise, it's located in a residential area where it's generally quiet and calm. The room is clean. The staff was helpful and fair level of friendliness.
A single bedroom is surprisingly small. Literally, just a bed and desk and a tiny space for luggage with a Private washroom however the bed is quite comfortable.
3.8
It is well positioned, close to the train station, the center.
It has no elevator, refrigerator, air conditioning, the double bed was made by joining two single beds (twins). In one day, the cleaning service took my sheets from a bed, left me without towels, unbelievable…
3.8
Close from the train station and not far from the centre, located in a quiet area: definitely a plus.
The single bed was quite small and given a huge pillow, it was not super comfortable. Another problem is that one hears all the noises from the corridor.
3.8
very low hot water pressure
3.8
the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is also near the downtown and Bahnhof.
nothing!
3.8
the bed was super comfortable and I loved that I could make the room completely dark.
3.8
Location was really good, close the the train station. There was also parking inside the hotel which was suitable for us :) The bed was very big and comfortable, there was a lot of light in the room and the street view was equally pleasant. Also, we arrived quite late from the check in but the host made sure we would get out keys :)
Sound proof left a bit to be desired, we could hear everything from the corridors, people walking and talking outside.
3.8
Small room, but enough space for short stay. Thin walls, so you can actually hear your neighbours. Breakfast is average, not a big variety.
3.8
very convenient from the Bahnhof and downtown. very nice breakfast in the morning.
