Bonito, aseado y el personal de recepción muy cordial y atentos a colaborar
El servicio en el desayuno y el desayuno nada de variedad y los encargados solo el mesero que sirve el chocolate amable el resto creen que le están regalando a uno no atendiéndolo

Very clean and very friendly staff
Very noisy during nights and the amenities were not a 4-stars level. It was a very very good 3-stars hotel

The personnel were very attentive. Breakfast was good. Security was very good. And the location is good, seeing how many attractions and noise were there on the "Malecon" walkway.
Some of the amenities in the room, were a bit old. Some blackbirds were very attentive for cleaning up the plates before you start eating or when you're done eating.

Location, was good near the beach, Breakfast was good. Great pool area.
The rooms are not sound proof, both the door to the room and balcony door rattled from the wind. We put towels in the door frames to stop the noise. Hotel is very noisy, hard to sleep.

I travel a lot and given the month of December, we decided to stay at the hotel. It was an okay experience. The Staff was not very friendly. The hotel is not that clean. Given the choices, I would opt for other hotel and stay away from this one.

Given the time of the year that we visited (Dec to Jan) this place was best to stay for the value. It was clean compared to the other hotels, breakfast was included and the staff was friendly.
We didn't like the location. It was smelling a lot just as we walked two blocks from the hotel. The area near the hotel needs serious cleaning. It's just disgusting and unhygienic for family to be walking around in such areas.

Staff at the Blu Hotel were great. We really enjoyed our stay there. Using the amenities of the bigger Tamaca hotel is also a plus, especially when you travel with a baby
Tents at the beach are limited in number and hard to get if you do not reserve them at 7am. However, we noticed that for some of them were booked and never used throughout the day.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom also had plenty of space and everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc). The mini bar in the bedroom was convenient, after arriving late and not wanting to go out (i.e., for water). Having access to the main resort across the street was a bonus. It was literally a two minute walk, and you have access to the beach and pool.
It was a little loud in the evening (e.g., music playing outside). However, I am a light sleeper and using ear plugs helped during the night. I paid for a large water (which I drank), and at check-out they were insisting that I also opened up a small water (which was not the case). At the end, it wasn't about paying for it, but I had not touched it. It was settled eventually.
