A modern hotel, within a few minutes walk of Old Hervás !

Beautiful views, great location close to the city centre.
The staff were having a party in the room next door. No one at the front desk to complain to because they were all getting drunk and slamming doors at 3am. Maybe the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen from a hotel.

We had already stayed here twice before, so we knew what to expect and was why we booked again. This time the hotel had a room set aside for a buffet breakfast for 6Euros each. This proved to be excellent value and a large choice of items, some homemade and thoroughly enjoyable.
Don't find any of the staff particularly friendly, even though we do speak a little Spanish. As people of a certain age, we do find it unacceptable that the restaurant doesn't open until 9.00pm and even though we ordered just after opening time, our meal didn't appear until 9.45pm, which was far too late for our taste and then wasn't particularly very nice.

Nice hotel with good views and comfortable rooms. Friendly reception.
Balcony is a bit outdated and might needs some new furniture, food in restaurant is OK but nothing special. Have not tried the Spa.

Typical continental breakfast. Fantastic pizza and salad in the adjoining restaurant when we arrived at 8.30pm
They obviously don’t have many English visitors so communication was a little difficult as we don’t speak Spanish but between us we managed

the spa was impressive, although the music was not relaxing as it was very jolly, the sort of thing you might expect at a Jewish wedding celebration maybe. The hotel in general was ok for a one night stay, staff friendly
Breakfast, the rolls were very dry, we paid extra for scrambled eggs and bacon, which was ok. THe exterior of the buidling is very shabby (1970s?), but it was a relief to see our room was modern, comfortable and had a large terracec with nice views. There is an excellent restaurant in the town called Azucan, super friendly waitress, great food.

Staff very friendly, restaurant excellent value for money.
There was a misunderstanding with the breakfast, it was supposed to be in the room price but we got charged extra as they said eggs & bacon were extra but they never told us what the other options were! No big thing.

Big comfortable room, well laid out with a chair by the window, a big table and a small one, so I was able to organise my stuff easily. Nice view out to the mountain.
