Wij hebben het prima gehad en weer genoten van Texel.

This was an excellent choice to book one weekend with the family. Definitely will return.
It is clean, private, has lots of green/ nature around and it's close to the beach and aquarium Ecomare.
It also organises activities for kids while on holiday, super nice bonus.

Great place , had issues with water and they help very quickly .

Nice park location and solid utilities. Beautiful area. Greens are wel kept and maintained. Linnen and towels were good but at additional costs.
Park is super cramped. You get claustrophobic driving a car there. Additionally, the house's walls are made of literal paper, so sleeping whole others are still enjoying their night is not an option.
In the houses with a dishwasher, there is no dish soap or cleaning brush as a backup. It would be really nice to still have this, regardless of whether you have a dishwasher. For big groups or single items, you do not want to run a dishwasher.
Also, the coins for the car entrance are inconvenient and should be substituted with something electronic. We had 4 cars for 3 houses for 4 days and got 6 coins to start with, with the message we could get more later on, which we of course had to get.
Lastly, the bathroom we had included both a shower and a bath, but using the shower drenched the whole bathroom. There is also a light in/above the mirror which is halogeen blue is and super bright. Looked like it came out of Tron.

The location is great
The bungalows are well equipped, very little atmosphere (no pillows on couch, art on walls etc).
Modern bungalows
Small supermarket on the grounds which is very convenient.
The ladies at reception are lovely.
The beds aren't very comfy, not enough space in any of the bedrooms to put a portacot ( which the park rents out, you need to pay for this + sheets) The master bedroom has 2 single beds which easily separate from each other, pillows are very uncomfortable.
We didn't have any towels at the bungalow, and were made to feel guilty when we asked for some.
Nearly €500 for 3 nights for a couple and a baby outside of school holidays is relatively expensive.
No privacy since the bungalows are right off the main path.

We had a lovely time! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor play areas. We liked the restaurant, not to expensive but great variety and quality food.
The rooms themself were nice..not too big but adequate. The kitchen is good enough to have a small meal, but no oven so your options are a bit limited.
The location is excellent if you're traveling with bikes. Lots of stuff to do within a 10-30 minuts bike ride.
- The beds were ok but could be upgraded
- The washing facilities could be better

The surrounding was beautiful and we had a lovely pond in front of the small villa.
1. The place was very small for 4 adults.
2. Beds were small in size and did not meet the expectation of 350 euro a night price.
3. We had booked 2 villa together, but they gave us 2 which were located a bit far. Then, during check-in, they gave us 1 closeby (which they could have planned earlier). Then they asked us to get bedsheets from the other villa!! That's strange
4. There was no toilet paper, dishwash detergent and dishwash tablets. They did not provide any provisions. No towels. No spare bedsheets. No garbage bags.

Close to the beach.. very nice location in a forest with enough space to sit in your private terrace/garden.
Some basics like soup, shampoo or towels, we’re not available. We even needed to pay extra for the sheets.

Very well maintained.
Expensive (full adult price for 2 year old and 7 year old)
Beds are not comfortable.

The environment, 10 min drive to the beach.
The bungalow doesn't have dishwasher and oven. The check out time 10am is very early considering you have to clean the place by yourself. You pay the price of the hotel but you do the service for them, doing the bedsheets, blanket covers, garbish bags etc. This is what I do not like about the vacation house in general.

Very good location - not far from the beach, not far from Den Burg (supermarket, other shops). Comfortable chalet, there is all what you need, very coisy. A lot of things for children in the park.
Would be great to have dishwasser and a bit of other things for kitchen (oven, toaster), but you can live without it for couple of days...I think what really needs improvement - WiFi signal in chalets.

Great location, facilities and area
Paintwork was a little tired, and the appliances (although working) were a little outdated.

The bungalow were spacious, the greenery is well kept. There is a small restaurant and bike rental within the camp.
Opening times at reception were a bit limited and only basic information were given at check in.

Clean
Wifi a bit slow and always disconnected

It was the closest we will get to camping. It was small, but had everything we needed. We had our own facilities. There was a deck and a lawn for our private use with furniture.
It gets very warm inside when the sun shines. There are no insect screens in the windows and when you keep the windows open, then many mosquitos will come inside. So you have to choose not to sleep because it is so warm or not to sleep because of mosquitos buzzing and stinging.

Location was great and property was clean
property was very small for 4 people. bedroom was very small. they charge mandatory cost for bed sheets which does not make sense. it should be optional. room facilities were old. Also we could feel a very bad smell in the evening. we had to close all windows. overall it was not a good value for money.

The house which we rent was simple and small but clean, cosy and good enough for 4 people.
The downside was the TV and the absence of a BBQ location.

Opportunity to rent all kinds of bicycles. Quiet surroundings. Kid friendly. Nice supermarket on premises.

Grocery store within the resort. Clean surroundings and well arranged cottages. Each cottage seems to have private space outside with own outdoor table and chairs, which would be nice during summer.
Very soft beds, not really our personal preference. Small 24' size bikes for rent with change gears features not available. An essential feature for texel's windy bike routes. Would be nice to have a floor rag included. The bedroom can be cold but manageable.
4.5 / 5.0
Very pleasant park, comfortable houses, a lot of playgrounds for children, nice shop on the territory. Very good food in a restaurant.
Despite corona-rules, which do not depend on a host, everything was fine!
3.5 / 5.0
Facilities are great and the site looked well maintained.
Having to clean dishes and the bungalow (all before 10am) on check-out day is a bit too much to ask, for the price paid to stay
