Location was excellent and one of the suites was very good
The other suite we had was a big letdown

Incredible space, luxurious decor, comfortable bed and linens, fabulous breakfast, responsive host, fun hidden surprise boutique for shopping, amazing view from rooftop terrace. It was a very affordable luxury to stay here for 2 nights. It was incredibly convenient to walk to great restaurants and Giulia our host arranged a driver for us so we could visit Bomarzo (the monster park) and then also navigate to the free natural bulcame and carmetti thermal baths and the fee based terme di papi thermal bath spa. Great experience overall, total magic. Pro tip: we went with the double room listing, as it had the spa tub. It was not "sound proof" as the other rooms were advertised, so we knew to expect to hear people on the street below at night, and it was no bother. Would love to visit again!
Nothing. It was great.

Fabulous historic property beautifully furnished. Giulia was proactive getting in touch and booked me a restaurant in the evening. Lavish breakfast. Very welcoming and relaxing place to stay as a solo traveller.
Nothing to dislike

Giulia was a perfect host and the location is beautiful
It was wonderful

The property is located in the old town, just a couple of minutes' walk away from Quartiere di S. Pellegrino, the old town's old town, and within walking-distance of just about all the medieval sights.
The hostess was welcoming and informative. I had a room on the first floor, so I did not really get a 'tower'-feel, but the room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. I did poke a bit around the rest of the structure, and there is both a small courtyard off the breakfast room and a rooftop terrace with views of the town and part f the countryside.
The breakfast was excellent with a good assortment of bread, sweet and savoury spreads, yoghurt, cereals, cakes and croissants. And the breakfast lady made excellent cappuccinos.
The bathroom was tiny. Especially the shower cabinet (65x65 cm) may prove a bit too small for some. I am petite and relatively slim, so I managed ok, but for someone taller and/or wider, it may be a struggle. Other than that, everything worked fine; plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
The room was on the first floor, facing the street. This street was surprisingly busy in the evening, and if you keep the window open at night, the outside noise may prove a nuisance. This may be less of a problem with a room on a higher floor, and definitely with one facing away from the street. And it was not entirely a bad thing being in a room facing the street; I had an excellent vantage point for watching an early-evening procession on the eve of the annual Macchina di Santa Rosa procession.
A bit expensive for solo travellers, but good value for couples.

The decor was very well done with an old world charm ! Each detail was set in place to give an authentic experience in a ancient tower ! The staff was wonderful and I will be going back without a doubt . Also it is very a great value for the money . I am particular and they really impressed me !
Nothing , they even carried my suitcase up the stairs for me too , everything was perfect !
