Great location and would book the same room again .

The view from the room over lake Jindabyne was exceptional .Room was very comfortable with big tv with sound bar for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The allocated car park space was very small.

Very comfortable week long stay in spacious self contained apartment

We were upgraded to a double bedroom/bathroom apartment that was very spacious and much appreciated. The room facilities exceeded our expectations including a large fridge, microware, all the cooking utensils we needed, washing machine and dryer, TVs, large and comfy bed, all the furniture and facilities to make our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of Lake Jindabyne from our balcony, the room was very quiet and close to the dining area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and my partner who is vegan appreciated the choice including soy milk. There was plenty of parking at the hotel with parks allocated to rooms. The Hotel is centrally located in Jindabyne and within walking distance to the centre and shops and of course the main road up to Kosciuszko National Park for all our walks. After hours check-in was not a problem as there was a safe onsite to collect our keys.

We were not advised at reception on check-in that rooms are not cleaned, towels not changed, bins not emptied during our week long stay however this was not an issue for us anyway.

Fabulous location with an exceptional view

Very very tired. Place needs a good clean. The outdoor furniture on top balcony is ready for the tip, it was broken, rusty & dangerous not to mention UGLY. The air conditioning upstairs made a very loud noise & the exhaust fans that are linked to come on with light switch sound like an engine in the room.

Rooms a bit dated. Carpet threadbare in parts

Location. Nice staff. Breakfast and restaurant was good. Easy bike hire.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Views are good. Comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Good shower, but it needs some renovations done.

Not what I would call a 4 or 5 star motel. It's a bit outdated. I feel whenever I walk into a Rydges, I should feel comfortable, and I didn't.

Very good

Friendly staffs, willing to help out, particularly from receptionist. I need to upgrade from studio apartment to something bigger. Reception helped out by providing different upgrade choices the next day, which made our remaining stay more comfortable. Good location and providing Buffet breakfast.

The appliances have been through quite some years. Although in working conditions, but definitely need some re-fitting, particularly for studio apartment. You can see big difference from appliances fitted in 2 bedrooms apartments.

Its position and outlook.

It wasn’t the property itself however; I had ribs for dinner. I would have liked the chips served separately, less sauce on the ribs, ribs already cut, and less dressing on the salad. This is a personal opinion.

Perfect views, close to everything

The best views, close to everything, friendly staff, free parking.

Buffet was limited to very few meals. We were tired of eating same after 3 days of staying at the hotel. I would give 10 to the hotel if buffet was at least like in Rydges Canberra.

Comfortable

The view of the lake, and the bed was super comfortable! I liked the large bathroom and the size of the room was perfect.

The room had a smell as tho it needed airing, but was fine once we opened the doors.

Perfect location, Comfortable stay

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Plenty of space in the apartment. We loved the indoor pool and enjoyed the breakfast, Specially Christmas Brunch. Great view from the apartment, money can't buy that view, so amazing. Beds are well made and very comfortable. Plenty of parking space. I believe one of the best place to stay with the family.

The whitegoods (fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave) , They are very old, I mean really old. They need urgent replacement as we feel that they are about to break specially the dryer and the washing machine

Superb

All amenities were clean. Food at the restaurant was great. Have to try rhe deserts.

One of the shower curtains broke, but they acted immediately and had it booked to be fixed.

Perfect location, amazing view, could use some renovation…

The location was perfect and the view from the balcony magnificent!

The apartment hasn’t aged well and is in need of a renovation. The cleaning could also be better.
