No issues with the stay, but really should get some proper vegi sausages they were disgusting

Friendly staff and good spot for the concert venue nearby

The beds were comfy, and the floor was quiet. We didn't get disturbed by other guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The tatty net curtain had a huge rip in the middle of it. Grim. The dust to the right-hand side of the towel shelves needs addressing.

The room felt very comfortable, spacious and fresh! All staff we encountered during our stay were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great addition, particularly the waffle making station.

Unfortunately, the location.. in broad street. The hotel is sandwich between old bars and fast food outlets. Alot, of beggars surrounding the hotel area .. prepare to be pestered.

Lovely rooms and restaurant and perfect location for what we needed

Only the main road there are a few clubs, you didn’t hear it when in your room but walking past when not drunk is quite intimidating.

Great hotel, Great Views, Slightly annoying Air Conditioning

Hotel was clean, tidy and seemed well run. room was well designed, bed was comfortable, showers were great. The view from the top floor was amazing - even though it was raining.

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning unit in my room had a noisy fan. The answer was to turn it off, but unfortunately it decided to turn its self back on again at 5 am! most frustrating.

Ok for one night!

Great location, secure parking, fantastic views, clean and comfortable room

Room and hotel in general could do with sprucing up, nowhere near as nice as other Hampton by Hiltons that we have stayed at. Lifts extremely temperamental! Breakfast a total scrum, like an edible jumble sale.

Not the best experience...

Breakfast variety

Fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. The hotel evacuated in the early morning hrs and Staff were nowhere to be found for an update or explanation. Guests didn't know when it was ok to get back inside our rooms we just decided to head back in after a while cause it was really cold outside and we were all outside in our pjs and some people had no shoes or overalls on. Til now we were never told why the alarm kept going off.

Basic hotel in good location

Good location Check in staff were excellent and gave us free parking as it was our anniversary.

Not all gym equipment was working and wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Tv in room - the aerial signal was awful and interactive services wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Iron and ironing board was awful. Bed was really squeaky because it had a lose leg The bathroom door had a big hole in as if it’s been levered of the floor One metal roof tile in the room was bend which left a gap into the ceiling We have stayed in a number of Hilton hotels and this one doesn’t reflect the same standards

Good hotel for a night stay

Clean and good for a night stay close to places where we wanted to visit

The safety evacuation procedures and not enough staff to help / provide information. The fire alarm went off which was a false one but we didn’t find any fire Marshalls nor any information was relayed to customers - one at night and one in morning around 7.30 am!! . The sofa bed was broken too . Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Sits in breakfast area where a little low and possibly need replacing some as foam was sank in so it wasn’t a comfortable eating position.

Great central location, easy for music venues in centre of town.

Good room with all the facilities you might expect. Good breakfast options - bit mainstream buffet but that is fine.

Might be nice to get a discount on the parking if you are a guest.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, sausage was cheap only one choice of egg and pastries and jams were a let down, only had strawberry jam and I don’t eat strawberry!

Location good for amenities. Too busy and too many floors for my personal taste.

Close to the venue I was visiting. Easy to find good transport links. The staff were pleasant.

It was 18 floors high which I don’t mind but so busy waiting for a lift to be free. I like to have the option to just take the stairs. It is also next to a nightclub so had the base pounding till 4am. The bed was solid and not at all comfortable.

Good location

Staff on reception were not very friendly. Room wasn’t clean Air con was poor It felt very “budget” for a hotel stay that’s price was not budget. Breakfast was VERY poor- very little variety, no butter, pastries very dry We have previously loved the Hampton chain but this hotel really didn’t echo previous positive experiences.

Staying as going to a concert

It's a very handy location for attending arena for events. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay. Good breakfast options, plenty of fresh fruit and something to suit all. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was great, room was spacious, we slept well. Breakfast was lovely, and the area had a nice selection of food shops/ take aways and bars,

Had a few issues with the shower and bathroom area, but I’m sure they have addressed them now.

Good for what we needed, but expensive and not very good value for money.

Breakfast was good. Being centrally located was helpful.

Parking was a problem, not clear where to go. Elevator was a real issue, having to wait for ages for the lift and then being sent up and down numerous times was frustrating.
