Great location, within a 5 minute walk to the Utilita Arena. Good parking

It's a very handy location for attending arena for events. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay. Good breakfast options, plenty of fresh fruit and something to suit all. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was great, room was spacious, we slept well. Breakfast was lovely, and the area had a nice selection of food shops/ take aways and bars,

Had a few issues with the shower and bathroom area, but I’m sure they have addressed them now.

Breakfast was good. Being centrally located was helpful.

Parking was a problem, not clear where to go. Elevator was a real issue, having to wait for ages for the lift and then being sent up and down numerous times was frustrating.

Central location, which while a little bit out from the centre was easy to get to. Fantastic room, very clean, good facilities and very helpful staff.

Great location with the added bonus of its own car park. Knowing the car is in a secure location really helped. Breakfast was great everything you could have wanted they had and it’s the first time I’ve seen somewhere do make your own waffles. Room was comfortable but I’m not sure the ‘queen room’ was a queen bed was rather small and not the softest of mattresses however still good quality for money.

The only inconvenience we had was being woken by the fire alarm at 00:32 and it going of 3-4 times, being on the 9th and it only being a false alarm was alittle annoying , no one was answering the phone for us to query what was going on . However things like this are out of anyone’s control so can’t really fault our stay on this.

Ok breakfast with usual options (nothing special). Room was good. Location for the hotel is the best.

No pre-warning of the Marathon which delayed our departure; Nowhere to leave luggage on arrival; Toilets miles from reception/restaurant leaving my female partner actually alone and afraid for her safety; lifts were horrendous to operate and reception got crammed due to lift exit doors being directly opposite

Very accommodating for us. Allowed us to pick what floor we wanted, and we were able to go for the highest as my gf likes the views. They were fine with us paying for a second day of parking after checking out as we were going to go into Town and it's easier to leave the car at the hotel than try to move it. Good location and was a short walk for us to the Utilita Arena where we had plans to go for the Friday when we stayed.

There are a lot of clubs up and down from the hotel which can't be avoided. There were people who decided to smoke straight outside the entrance, (they were smoking drugs as well) which unfortunately wafted into the hotel. And we could smell it in the lift as well. Maybe the hotel can check and move people on a bit more. But otherwise our stay was fine.

Bit stingy on the teas and coffee only 2 tea bags and coffee left in room, did get some more from reception but again the next day only 2 of each left in room. Really bad crack in sink and bathroom door did not close properly.

the staff member on the front desk was very helpful in getting me a travel cot for my child, which saved me a lot of headaches . I think he deserves a bonus.

I could feel the springs coming from the mattress digging into my back and I couldn’t sleep at all. I requested a mattress topper but they didn’t have one. I requested a better room with a comfortable bed but they didn’t have one. I have tried to contact booking.com and requested a refund for the 2nd night stay as I had to check in and find alternative accommodation at the Hilton gardens who can I add were just superb. I was on an annual business trip with my husband and extremely disappointed with the service received. The staff at the Hampton said it would be up to booking.com to reimburse me the 2nd night. Please can you respond to my request.

Location was good and room was clean and tidy. We would have happily stayed there had the bed/ mattress and pillows been of any decent standard.
