Very good

Location, the quiet locality, the courteous staff and nearness to the business areas

They can do better with inroom decor. Do a little. More on the quality of the beds. So in all I'd just say that with a little more appointment inside the rooms the place would be as good as any other premier facilities in the area. Am obviously comparing with Savera which charges the same amount of money.

Very nice homely place to stay.

Delicious each of the food items. Plus staff at hand offering more. Homely atmosphere, service.

One or two mosquito bothered me. Taken care of later. I prefer early coffee to Jumpstart. Not available till 0730 am. Shower cubicle manageable, but prefer more room.

avoid for the cost.

location Decent food receptionist were pleasant however the problems mentioned below were too big for Receptionist to fix it. management & chairman needs to look into repairing property & to provide clean rooms to customers as it is described on internet. management should not give Room 18 to other clients till it is fixed.

stayed in room 18. room walls were dirty & run-out. it needs redecorating. floor was not cleaned - dusty. kettle had ingrained dirt all over. AC wires & cords had layers of dark dust. Phone not working because broken connections. I handed over keys to receptionist Ms K at Checkout - they telephoned asking for the keys after I left. this should have been resolved before I left reception. Reception was busy when I left. so I was hurried out because too many people & luggages in reception room.

Location and ambience.

No enough seating arrangement for people. Not a good variety of items. Reception staff is quite slow in terms of working. Didn't give room rent bill while leaving, said will send soft copy and didn't send till now. Needs follow up.

Property is due for renovation. Paint peeling in rooms and toilet. Toilets are not clean. Overall not fit for stay. Your ratings are exaggerated.

Pleasant

Nice and quiet location, nicely desined building. Food was reasonable and delicious. Kind staffs, although some don't speak English, they are there to help

Definately not recommended for buisness travellers. The table was too high and chair was not comfortable for work purpose. The room was spacious but JUST spacious. The key to the room and for the electricity was inconvenient since it's an old key and whenever you insert the key the electricity is on but once you take the key out, all electricity goes off and you need to close the door in the dark room ... The room rate is much higher for the facilities we receive as international standards. Room walls and shower rooms seem to have been deteriorated.

over all I liked it. can’t get a better place than this. probably slightly pricy but location is good.

location is good. breakfast is very good for Indians. very few spread for Foreign travellers like Eggs, Breads, etc. I doubt if they will like it. coffee lovers will enjoy the filter coffee.

no ventilation inside the rooms (windows can’t be opened I was told). water heater wasn’t functional but that’s fine for Chennai summer.

Friendly and courteous staff, excellent, homely food

1. Rooms had a strong stuffy odor. 2. The AC is placed in a wrong position - above the headrest. 3. The fan is placed at one-third distance of the room's length - there is no air. 4. The headrest of the bed is interfering with the switches. 5. The bathroom fittings are old and water outlets on the floor rusted heavily. 6. The washbasin is cracked. 7. The hot water tap in the washbasinis wrongly placed. The right side tap has hot water running instead of the let and it burned my hand.

A very nice hotel in a quiet environment

The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We could use the room long before the time of checking in, which was very nice because we traveled a lot.

The toilet was small no sufficient space. i booked for studio apartment and for queen bed- but they gave single beds and the space for studio apartment was less. May be they gave a wrong room.

Very good location and ambience

Breakfast quality can be better .

If u r looking for peaceful and noise free stay and a good sleep then it’s not possible. Because they have a banquet hall were wedding functions and other functions takes place so early morning and the previous night arrangments noises are very disturbing . Plus in case if renovations takes place with heavy noises, there is no prior information given to the guest . Management needs a lot of training interms of how to handle guest request with proper reverting and on guest care . But still the location and ambience and feel of the place is very good and positive. Hence it’s a very much preferable option to stay still , minus all above glitches .
