Relaxing and clean hotel

The breakfast is excellent!
Room is big enough with all the stuff equipped (except a kettle. would be great to have it there)
I need to notice an ability to visit a pool everyday. For kids it's a good thing!
There is a nice gym if skis and walks are not enough for you and you want to do exercise above of that
The staff is very polite and eager to help
Definitely recommend this hotel

Comfy beds. Great food in restaurant.
A little bit outdated rooms.

Breakfastbuffet was good.. The location is great.
The Spa- it's more of a small bathhouse. The jacuzzis are only lukewarm and also the mens sauna was cold even when many people tried to heat it up.

An elegant hotel. Very delicious breakfast, and a very large selection of dishes. Wonderful SPA. Small but well equipped gym. Well thought out organization. An excellent opportunity to combine sports (skiing and gym) with rest and relaxation. Car parking near the hotel itself.

Very good view, good breakfast and location. Apartment planning also.

Breakfast is good
Rooms are old, spa really small and pools very cold. Overpriced

Loved the facilities and the access to the slopes. Staff were AMAZING! every single staff member we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was 10/10.
Our bedroom wasn't freshened up for two of the four days. It wasn't horrible as we kept the room clean but we did want fresh towels. Moreover, there was only one robe available in the room and we had to ask reception twice for another one, but they got it sorted! These were very minor things.

The overall experience of this place is excellent. The hotel itself, staff, services and offers inside the hotel. We were very satisfied with our holiday in this place. Various recreational opportunities. Looking forward to returning to Lapland and to this hotel.
The breakfasts were delicious, nutritious and plentiful.
Vacation is over and we have to leave.

nice location, spacious rooms, great showers, tasty food in the bar. it has a free electric car charger, beautiful views from the rooms.
breakfast was so-so, bacon was not edible, other ingridients were better. staff was kinda cold, not very welcoming. speaking of cold - swimming pool was too cold for us, the area itself not warm.

+ great breakfast (and lunch too in fact)
+ hotel has ski rental facilities within
+ great location for slopes access
+ kids loved the spa
+ staff friendly (except for strange policies)
- no wifi (you read well! the most expensive apartments in chalet area have no wifi!). reception offered LAN cable access but who has that? why not offer mini WLAN routers?
- no 5th bed linen provided despite property booked for 5 people. sofa bed was there but nothing else.
- kitchen table was dirty on arrival w sticky jam
- gym limited to 5 occupants, is actually paying (!) and on reservation only, nothing for same day basically
- spa access was extra to pay, again strange considered we booked the more premium rooms, amount was “only” 40€ for family but still made it unfriendly
- close to 350€ per night for those apartments (sleeps 5) made it fairly expensive and not the 4 star stay we expected

Good and spacious chalet appartment with kitchen.
Good breakfast.
EV charging possibility (Type2 3x16A, 5€ full charge).
Close to a ski lifts.
Good spa.
Good restaurant.
Kid slept on a sofa without extra mattrace, it would be nice to have extra layer on it.

Perfect location. 3 course meal was really good and friendly staff.
Breakfast really crowded and lots of empty containers, it took a long time once refilled. Would nice to have an option for a king/queen bed, now it was just single beds.

- Great location - just a 5 min walk from the slopes
- Big and comfortable room
- Great views even from the first floor (beautiful sunset).
- Friendly stuff at the reception (they also spoke both Finnish and English).
- Nice that they have brought some local stuff to the breakfast like reindeer pate, rieska, lingonberry powder etc.
- Early check-in if they have rooms free
- Comfy seating area with live fire
- Safe luggage storage
- Convenient connection with the airport
- As its stated to be 4 start hotel, the fridge and kettle should be also in standard rooms.
- The breakfast did not feel so fresh. The last morning rieska bread had mold on it (I checked several) so I brought it up with the restaurant. Seems that someone else also mentioned it. The staff changed it, but there was no apologising etc. when I noticed them about it. The staff greeting us in the breakfast entrance was very friendly, but the rest of the staff cleaning, bringing food to buffet did not seem to care much. Knowing the level of breakfast that hotels of Finland offer - this was definitely "fabolous breakfast" like stated in booking.com
- The sound isolation is not the best - can hear people from next room and walking above you. Luckily most of the people were tired in the evenings so it was quiet and did not bother us so much :)
- Pool water could be a bit warmer, especially after a whole day outside. In general spa is nothing special so we used it only once.
4.5
right by the slopes!
great spa
the space of an apartment with sauna and the facilities of a hotel - best of both worlds
ski rental shop inside the hotel
maybe more healthy options on the food menus?
4.5
The included breakfast was exceptional.
Having access to the washer and dryer was very helpful.
The hotel is close to trail access in the national park.
The room was cozy and quiet and had a great view of the ski slopes. (300-level even numbered room)
For the price, it would be nice to have an electric kettle available at all times. It’s very cold out in the winter and having a cup of something hot for free would be great.
