Great location for our purpose, well looked after property. The unit was huge with both bedrooms having ensuites and then another powder room! The balcony was massive also. Perfect size unit for 4 people. The Manager was very helpful and friendly,!!

We loved how spacious the apartment was. There is so much room to move in. My girls loved the pool and the gym. Everything was close theme parks, restaurants, shopping complex.
The furniture was a bit of a letdown. I chose this place to stay as everything in the photos looked cosy and stylish. The lounge and dining area furniture could do with replacing. Apart from this we really loved our stay.

Apartment was spacious and clean with a nice view. Beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet. Pool was great, the kids loved it. Located close (a short drive) to Dreamworld, Movie world and food places for eating out.
We had booked two apartments for a family of 7 and we really needed to be close together. Next to each other would have been ideal but at least on the same floor. However, we were unable to get the two rooms on the same floor. It restricted accessibility to the rooms as there were not enough keys for every member of the family.

Check in - I had booked it in my eldest brothers name. However his plane was delayed for 24 hours from the USA due to weather so we had trouble booking in they kept asking to speak to him but he was on a flight so he couldn’t be reached.
We finally did check in but it was difficult

The lagoon pool is fabulous. The flat was comfortable and well equipped for kitchen supplies.
the dishwasher was broken and kept tripping the electrical and turning off the refrigerator, until we figured out what the problem was. Not able to be fixed during our stay. Also, the fitness centre and tennis courts are not available and under construction, which was right outside of the condo with loud machinery and construction starting between seven and 7:30 am every morning.

The location was great as was the size of the apartment and the number of bathrooms.
The top rack of the dishwasher was missing, there was some dark mould in the shower, the shower door didn't close properly so left water all over the bathroom floor and the pillows were flat.

little things, the apartment didn’t feel “loved”. clock didn’t work in living area, tv didn’t work in bedroom, light bulbs didn’t work in either lamp in bedroom. very scarce on supplies. maintenance could have been better ie the toilet holders. cleanliness not good for the price. no visitor parking. limited cooking equipment.

We stayed in room 2210. I would rate this stay at 4.5 stars they lost 1/2 stars for minor things that could be easily rectified.The room was ready for us early so that was very nice. When we parked we noticed that the car spaces are larger than the ones in other places we stayed at which was a bonus. Check in was fast and easy and the staff member was friendly. Elevator is tiny so if one has a lot luggage or a large group multiple trips might be required. The apartment was fabulous as it was large and well presented. It was clean and everything worked . As the apartment goes it had everything a family would need while on holiday . The kitchen was spacious with anything one would need to make a meal was provided . Plenty of dishes, cutlery ,and pots and pans. The dishwasher was a Miele so it ran quietly. It was great to see that they provided one supply of dishwasher tablets for each day of stay. Laundry was spacious and well equipped with washing machine and dryer that were quiet to run and good quality so it actually cleaned the cloths rather than just wet them. They provided an iron and an ironing board so that was a bonus. Again the resort supplied enough laundry powder for the length of stay. Floors and carpets were clean with the exception of a few marks on the carpets in the bedrooms. The apartment was large with large rooms and lounge. TV in lounge was a smart tv and a great size . Couch was comfortable. Furniture was well presented and of good quality . Balcony was well appointed and spacious with a nice view of the gardens and the sand pool. Beds and mattresses were the most comfortable I ever had while travelling almost as good as my own bed at home.
Bathrooms were large, clean , and had fantastic water pressure. We did not run out of hot water ever . This place is better than the mantra or other more expensive appartments we stayed at on previous trips because of the quiet atmosphere, the great aircon, and the sheer size of the apartment.
Pillows were poor quality and worn out. They really need replacing.
Check out was a mess as we handed the keys back to the attendant at front desk after 9 am and left only to be called 3 hours later by a staff member from the resort asking for the immediate return of keys. The staff misplaced the keys, eventually finding them but it was not nice being accused of taking the keys.
The tiny tv ( size of an iPad ) in main bedroom was too small for the size of the room and hard to watch. It was old and not a smart tv so could not be used to watch Netflix or anything except the local channels.
No guest book provided with instructions and information that could be useful to guests so had to ask people where things were like the gym and other facilities were as only information provided at check in was how to use keys and how and where to park.
Facilities are not signed well for guests and no information was relayed at check in regarding amenities.
Every appliance in room was unplugged including the microwave which was up high. The dishwasher and microwave had to be moved to plug them in. Would not be an issue for a tall person but for a short person it was dangerous as had to stand on a chair to access the microwave plug while holding the heavy microwave. Big appliances or built in appliances should remain plugged in at all times.
Pool, spa, and gym closure time is far too early especially in summer when people tend to go out more. If you are on holiday and are out all day enjoying the attractions and city you tend to stay out longer and typically don’t return to the resort until 8 pm. The time closure for the amenities realistically should be 10:30 not 9
Phone internet reception in the apartment was spotty so it could not be relied on unless you went outside.
It would have been nice if they had a folder that had recommendations for places to go, where to eat, nearest supermarket, and other useful resort information.

Big apartment with good facilities. It was quiet and we could prepare our own food. View was good. Kids enjoyed the place as well. Parking arrangements were good. Checkin n checkout facility was good. Super markets were nearby.
They messaged me while I was travelling to send ID card n credit card details for $200 bond as no one will be there after 4.30 pm for checkin. I had informed ages ago that I will be doing the checkin at 6 pm approximately. This should have been managed well. Instructions on car parking was poor. It wasn't very obvious. Panic button wasn't working. They were getting panic signal from our room. We were made to wake from our sleep early in the morning around 3 am. They didn't fix it. The same issue happened 3 to 4 times since then.

Even though we requested a higher floor, we were impressed with our ground floor unit, as it was very close to the pool. This unit would be a good choice for families. (1108).The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit has everything that one could need for a holiday.

Very close to Sanctuary Cove where all the action is in the area.
The unit was very dark - the lights were very dull throughout the unit and the bathroom was just not suitable for my partner to put on makeup.
The patio was not very private being right next to the entry to the pool area and had no privacy wall or glass panels to close it off from passers by.

Location to theme parks was great.
Pool area was fantastic.
Apartment was great allowing us to cook our own meals saving money, although cooking pots desperately need updating.
Close to shops and other facilities
Apartment needs fly screens on doors to allow less bugs in when open. To have natural airflow and not use aircon would have been great.
Curtains need replacing - blockout on curtains are disintegrating and falls off.
Carpets needs updating or alternate flooring ie floorboard or tiles.
No Foxtel or stream service available on tv

the apartment was spacious and clean
there wasn’t really anything but a bit of maintenance on a loose door knob and the shower leaked and water ran into the edge of the carpet

The exterior was great, pool area amazing especially for kids but the rooms are a massive let down.
the rooms are very dated and stale, carpets very stained and dirty, smelly stale room, dishwasher was foul. Couldn’t get foxtel to work, there was a foxtel box present once I got onto reception they had told me that the owner hadn’t paid there account.

The vibe of the hotel was strange as it was residential not relaxing not the hotels fault.
Check in was not pleasant it was after hours the map wasn’t clear and nor were the instructions.
