This is not just a bed and a shower. This is an italian experience. Old villa, old paintings, old books, right downtown. This is the real deal. Highly recommended!
It would only have been better if we had a week instead of one night.

Location is central to all the mosaics. The building is so beautiful, well-appointed. The host is lovely, dignified native of Ravenna who also makes a simply beautiful breakfast. Who could want more!
Nothing. Perfect.

The owner, the room, the breakfast, the ambiance and the position are all excellent. Easy walking distance to several family run restaurants. Shops and several of the main tourist attractions are also easily within reach.

Anna (the proprietor) was extremely helpful in providing us with a map of central Ravenna, marking off the relevant sites and explaining the procedure of gaining admission to them, and recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. All of the facilities and the breakfast were excellent.

What an amazing place! Beautiful guest house with spacious rooms, great mix of antique and modern furniture and artwork, comfortable bed, sitting area and table in room. Good shower and lovely bathroom. It all felt so luxurious, clean, well equipped and welcoming. A good breakfast was served each morning with freshly prepared eggs if wanted, great coffee and a range of fruit, cheeses, meats and cakes/pastries. Location was close to bars, restaurants, shops and the covered market. Also close to the sites I was visiting. All staff were friendly and excellent value for money. I would be very happy to return and to bring dog and husband with me!

This Palazzo / Palace is probably the best place I have stayed in as a very frequent traveller. The place is gorgeous, the room with ceiling frescoes is unique and museum-style, stylish interior all though the building, great breakfast, and less than 5 min walk from town centre. Truly amazing. And the owner who manages the place is extremely welcoming and agreeable.

Casa Masoli was a wonderful place to stay - gorgeous antique Italian style with wonderful painted ceilings and antiques everywhere. The staff were so welcoming - extremely helpful with queries before we arrived, providing an excellent guide as well as a taxi driver contact. They were charming and looked after us well with a delicious breakfast and generally very helpful. It's in an excellent spot, close to all the main sites and just round the corner from terrific restaurants and bars.
Nothing - it was all great!

Casa Masoli is an outstanding place to stay - would have spent longer in Ravenna had we known. Sumptuous accommodations in a great location to see all the sights. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and Anna is an incomparable host. Would gladly return for another visit.

The location was excellent, close to the center and the main sights and yet quite at night. The garage was around the corner.
The staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. The property was not only well decorated but also kept clean. The food served for breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Feeling like stepping back in time when Ravenna was a capital while enjoying all the amenities of modern time. The buffet in the morning was great.

It was a short stay, but enjoyed the experience in an older building. Though in a quiet location, it is just a very short walk to the lively City center and restaurants. Great breakfast spread with made-to-order items, also.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Masoli. The warmth and charm of the proprietor, Anna is reflected in every aspect: the generous size and individual style of the room; the friendliness; the quality of the breakfast. Also a great but incredibly quiet location (we slept with windows to the courtyard garden open).
You could only find something not to like, if you aren’t really looking for a B&B. For those of us who do, this was a great find

What a gem! We have never stayed in a more adorable hotel in Italy than this one. The service is welcoming and heart warming, the whole building itself is a piece of art with so much attention to each detail, from furniture over artwork to even smell. The rooms are like time travel while still providing modern TV and a fine selection of bathroom amenities (and finally a hotel that offers plenty of towels). The breakfast included coffees and eggs freshly prepared to our liking and there was nothing more in this hotel that we could have asked for. Thank you so much for having us ❤️
