Beautiful place with supportive staff
Our Room 205 was not cleaned on the second of our stay

There is no visible number displayed outside which made us get lost even if the navigation told us we had arrived. What made it worse was when we asked one of the guys we saw on the yard about the hotel he said he has no idea about the hotel we were looking for but then again maybe it's because he was a wedding guest or it was just because the name displayed on the booking.com and the name displayed on the gate are two different names..We were told our booking didn't include breakfast due to booking under booking.com however the manager came through for us and offered us breakfast through out our stay for free of which we really appreciated it . Mishake was the best in welcoming us to the venue despite that we were so angry in not finding the place easily. The kitchen staff is friendly and welcoming and their rational menu is good.
Please check all your light bulbs in the rooms that's why I couldn't give 100percent but the rooms are nice and clean.

It was in a good location.
The bed was uncomfortable as if it's broken in the middle. Woke up with a sore back.. The Saturday morning there was no hot water to bath, Sunday was worse, there was no water at all.

Never had breakfast, Queen cakes from the fridge and warm coffee was given to us when we called to enquire.
Very poor COVID19 protocols in place, the venue hosted a wedding on the day of our stay and the staircase and the areas that we passed was surrounded by a whole lot of people who did not have masks on. It was a rainy day and when we returned to the hotel, we were drenched and needed a hot shower.... Well only to find out that there was no hot water in both of our rooms. We were freezing, had to just change our clothes and notify the guy at reception. Had to wait for the water to heat. The WiFi does not connect at all!! There should be carpets to at least step on after u get off bed, fully tiled hotel suite... That didn't go well when we all were drenched after the heavy rainfall, the tiles for wet and slippery. Jo hair dryers, no kettle in room but tea and coffee sachets available. No phone to connect to reception, had to continuous dial out. wire sticking out from bedroom wall and bathroom wall. The entire staircase leading up to our bedroom was flooded.... All this water on porcelain tiles.... Terribly dangerous!

Location was a plus, central to everything ,the way the rooms are decorated ,meticulous to detail
The building next door resulting in pool always being full of dirt and dust.for 4 mornings in a row the coffee machine wasn’t working (clogged up) at the breakfast table. If most places catered in first week for comrades runners at least cater for an early morning breakfast.replenishing of toilet paper daily.if you offer WiFi on bookings.com at least offer password. I see you on bookings.com you offered a shuttle service at reception the guys were not aware of it
