Dobra lokalizacja, ale nad czystością apartamentów musze zdecydowanie popracować.

Całkiem dobra lokalizacja, duży plus że hotel ma parking podziemny, jednak przed przyjazdem przy prośbie o dodatkowe miejsce okazało się, że nie ma takiej możliwości, a na miejscu w hotelu już była.

To nie hotel wynajmuje apartamenty tylko zewnętrzna firma, więc kwestie parkingu itd. należy załatwiać telefonicznie i nie zawsze idzie uzyskać konkretne informacje. Zewnętrzna firma mówi, że parkingu już nie ma, hotel że jak najbardziej jest, na miejscu od zewnętrznej firmy auto można zostawić do 11, a z hotelu do 15. Apartament średniej jakości, i średniej czystości, szkło z którego jest wykonana balustrada balkonowa wygląda jakby nigdy nie było myte, odbite są na nim ślady stóp, butów... Niezbyt przyjemny widok

Very good

Flat is very nice, clean and modern. City center is near (but its noisy), window view is great. Easy to check in and out.

Bed is too small for two people.

Good location, dissapointing stay. There are better places to stay in center of Warsaw

The location is good, there is an underground parking with a direct elevator to the apartment. Check-in was fast.

The apartment was in moderate disrepair. Eg. the balcony door didn't close. The furniture was made if plywood, with peeling facing. You needed to have the windows open all the time or as the apartment smelt "funny" like stale air. The apartment was located at a very busy street, and the windows weren't that soundproofed (also due to the funny smell they were open most of the time), so you could be disturbed by many street noises like ambulance or police siren.

Would stay in the area again. Fascinating city with fantastic museums.

The apartment is sparse and a tired. Sofas could do with a clean. Just one dishwasher tablet, only 4 x crockery and cutlery. Adequate for our needs On the plus side, spacious and well located. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, also a supermarket and convenience stores - if you can find them!

The apartment was tired and sofas needed a good clean. Bedding etc. fresh and clean.

Great location

We have stayed there before so we knew the location was very good. Safe place to get in and out. Nice big balcony. Everything was there to make a meal. Very friendly staff.

Too white and spacious, but probably very suitable for families with children, lots of space to play :) The curtain was broken, there was no kitchen paper or kitchen towel. We used a toiletpaper and bathroom towel.

Absolutely mismatch between real apartment and photos on the booking. Dirty and damaged furniture. Scum.

The location is great, so are the views.

There was a really awful smell in the livingroom. They tried to fix it but didnt work. The floors are a bit run down in some places.

stains on couch(🤮🤮) Very hot unable to sleep I am already a high body temperature person even with 2 windows open i struggled

The room had a bad smell. Specially the bedroom. The bathroom bath did not have the cork. The bin in the bathroom was full of with other people garbage. When the toilet paper was finished the staff told me " go and buy". One day it was a mid day people jumped to the balcony to clean possibly the window without any notice , they were load listening to music while i was trying to have a confrence call.

I haven't get an apartment that i booked. I also add the note that breakfast should be included, breakfast haven't been there and stuff was ignoring my question. If you are planning to book some apartment because you like something special about it DONT book this because you don't know what you will get.

i was not really happy about the stay in this apartment.

It located near the central and there is really good food court overthere. I have really good experiences before.

This time i had really bad experiences about this property. The toilet wasn’t clean and the facilities are very poor. There is no door between rooms. And the staff wasn’t nice when i asked for changing to another room.
