um dos quartos não tem janela, o chuveiro muito ruim.

Le confort de la literie, la petite terrasse et l'emplacement du logement
La distribution d'eau chaude était problématique, il a fallu brancher le chauffe-eau à plusieurs reprises

Maria was a lovely host who met us at the property to assist us upon arrival. The property is spacious and in an ideal location close to everything. A lovely terraced area to sit and eat.
Water pressure and lack of hot water in showers.

Had to coordinate specific time with the host compared to a key lock box

All of the towels in the apartment smelled like they haven’t been washed in over 2 years and one of the bathrooms was dirty when we got there

Great location, spacious apartment with a nice terrace.
Somewhat challenging to communicate in English with host.

If you are family, definitly I recomend becouse the location is 100m’ from center and beach of Amalfi. There was several steps, but not too much like i readed in other comments, maybe 20-25 stairs at all which is normaly.
Maria waited us and helped us to transport the laugages to the apartment. In the kitchen you have everything you need. Apartment has 2 rooms (1 with private bathroom and second with shared bathroom). The terrase is not like in photo, it’s is bigger than in photo, and every night we stayed together in terrase. Near apartment you don’t have parking, but we reservate throgh Maria and Andrea and he picked our car at arrival, and gived back 4 days later at checkout and we payed 35 euro/day. Every room has each air condition and works wery well, also, you have one more air condition in kitchen. The neighborhoods in building was very very friendly.
Apartment is in main street of Amalfi. Near apartment 30-40m’ you have 2 grocery store. 10m’ you have a beutiful 2 restaunts (1 is under lemons and 1 in main street of Amalfi). The apartment is very safe which for travelling with fmaily is primary, becouse you have a metal door with key in entrance of building, one metal door at the entrance of terrace, and a key at main door of apartment.
I shared 2 photos. The steps that brings you to apartment and the fintain in the end of steps.
- There is a smell every day, maybe becouse the buildings are old and the suisystem is old.
- We had a problem with warm water becouse sometimes is going and comming back.
- a room with private bathroom doesn’t have window.
- the pillows are unsuitable,
- the cleaning fish had a strong smell,
- bathrooms are little small for that price

The apartment located in Amalfi centre. It is large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (we just needed one) and a large kitchen area with everything we needed. The host, Maria, was very friendly and helpful and let us leave our things there until the afternoon of the departure day. There is a large balcony with a table and drying rack for washing.
It's several floors up and no lift, so could be difficult with heavy suitcases. Amalfi is a town of steps so you are likely to get that almost everywhere.

Amazing location!

Ideally located at less than 10 minutes from the port and bus station. 2 bedroom apparent with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Although at the center of the city, very peaceful and quiet. Host was very nice
A bit hard to find and the host did not speak English but it’s what makes the charm of Italy 😂

The terrace, big rooms, high ceilings. Each room had its own bathroom, very modern rain showers, comfy beds. Oh, and cotton bathrobes you think you wont wear and then you do end up using them. It was fun!!
No excuse for the towels. They were ready to be tossed. Dont fit the modern bathrooms and rain showers. Hot water didnt stay on, but we should have mentioned to owner to allow her to fix.

Good size apartment, clean, great location. However, read 'dislikes' section!
!!! Major issue to be award of if you bring a car: it says parking included; it doesn't give you any warning on the valet service - when we arrived we were asked to meet someone in centre of Amalfi to give them our car, they parked it for the 3 days we were there in a location we don't know about. We didn't have access to our car, and the only way to get it when needed was with at least 30min notice to the guy who took it away. Not convenient at all. Worst off, when they brought it back, after 3 days, at the drop off location, which is in the super busy area by the Amalfi roundabout, we didn't have time to check it at all - lots of traffic there, and they handed us the car and we took off. It was only later we realised the alloys on the car had been damaged! Needless to say we got charged for the damage by the car rental company! So very negative experience for that reason!
Additionally, the place was dated, the ensuite shower didn't work properly - water temperature fluctuated from super cold to burning hot, impossible to use...
Another thing, the host didn't speak much English; when we walked in, my husband put some change on the bowl on the table (a few euros), and the host took and put it in her pocket, thinking it was hers. I tried to explain a few times in different ways that it was our cash, but she didn't understand what I said (and there was nothing I could do; she walked out with it). I can appreciate it might be an honest mistake, but I am highlighting how her lack of English (and indeed, my lack of Italian) were an issue.
FINALLY HOW DOES MY POOR SCORE SUM UP TO 4.6 BOOKING.COM? (see pic attached)
