Don't recommend.

The place was fine for a few days

When I did my reservation the information I got was an entire apartment, but I only got 1 room instead, and no explanations were given. Additionally I had to pay extra 12 euros for a fee that was not mentioned on booking. Staff opening the door without knocking on the door even when the room was locked. The check out was between 08h30-12h00 at 10h00 I had the cleaner already opening the door asking me when I was going to leave. It's just not nice.

despite everything was clean I faced cockroaches in the bathroom. against my request to settle earlier check-out he refused to return money of one night area if you travel by train

Very enjoyable 3 days break, We'll do it again.

Excellent location not just for Queluz, but also to reach Sintra and Belém. The apartment had all one could look for, comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, will come back on a next visit.

The location is great & Costa went above and beyond to support us on everything.

Even though the place is newly renovated you can see some stains. Also it says on the property description that there will be a kitchen but there wasn't one...

Very good

The host was super nice and always available to help. Plenty of public parking in the area and greenery for walks. The restaurant downstairs serves very tasty meals with special discounts for people staying in the apartments.

Nothing major, a bit of noise coming from the street (we stayed in the days leading to NYE) and we would like it a bit cleaner but supplies were available to clean as preferred.

Absolutely awful.

When I called to collect keys the person who answered in Portugese handed the phone to another person who spoke almost no English and told me to drive to the Palace ( we were on the street the apartment is in). When we got there I phoned and eventually he answered and was even more unintelligable. Told me to wait - presumably while he tried to find someone who could speak English. I held on for 5 minutes and all I could hear was background noise. I hung up and tried again- this time same person and unclear again. The location of the Apartment looked horrible and we were stressed out by the rude unwelcoming calls. So we drove back 3.5 hours to the Algarve. Absolutely awful.

Superb

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and clean, the staff was nice, the food in their restaurant is also good, and I liked the place in general.

When I booked this place I thought it was an entire house for me, without any other guests (that's what we understand with the word "apartamentos"). When I arrived I found out it was just a private bedroom with a bathroom, but It was in a flat together with some other bedrooms and guests. There was a living room that every guest could use. I think the correct name would be "hostel" or something like that.

Disappointing

Be warned of the long, steep stairway to your apartment. You can skip gym if you carry your bags all the way up! The apartment is in dire need of renewal/refurbishment.
