I have been several times in Pucon, but this hotel is the best experience so far.
It is a little on expensive side, but the level of comfort and calmness worth it.

Pretty nice room, confortable, awesome shower, we had a great weekend. Breakfast is nice too.
The curtains are not very good at blocking outside lights.

It is very comfortable, location is excellent, you can go to the stores, restaurants and beach just by walking a few blocks. Heat in my room was perfect specially because the weather was cold and rainy. Loved this place.

This is a small hotel, very well located, in a 5 min walking distance from beautiful Pucon downtown. My husband and I were lodged in a large room located on the 1st floor, good king size bed, with an additional unnecessary bed, a balcony with a garden/warm bath tube view. There was a safe for valuables and a minibar with standard drinking options. The decoration is beautiful, with a mixture of wood and dim light, and ceramic floor. The heating system was supposed to keep the internal temperature amenable, with no air conditioning. The bathroom is small but fit, with limited amenities. Breakfast is good and well served, but only after 8:30 am, which may be interesting for late wakening guests, but not fit for people willing to spend more time outdoors. Dinner at this hotel is delicious, very well served, and a very good option in this town.
There are not enough staff members for this small hotel. The closed garage had a manual entrance, without guest independent access - which means you might have to stay outside with your car, waiting for somebody who was serving the meals to open it. The same with the main entrance, which is operated by Mr. Marcelo or one of his coworkers, but they are not constantly available at the front desk. There is no room service and no lunch. The heating system may not be enough to keep a comfortable late evening temperature drop, and during the warmest days, there is a lack of ventilation and air conditioning. The curtains blackout doesn't block early sunlight (at this time of the year, the sun rises before 6 am), and you may wake up earlier, without a possibility of having breakfast (not opened regularly before 8:30). The linens were not changed during the entire stay (6 nights) - I had to order new towels at 11pm because they were completely wet from the morning shower. The outdoors warm bathtub is available only with 3 hours in advance. There is a lack of details offered by a hotel classified as a boutique hotel (more amenities, outdoor space, additional comfortable areas, room service, etc). Definitely, this close to a bed and breakfast type of stay rather than a boutique hotel. Overall, it was ok for a small town, until the owner wanted to "review the bill" on the night before leaving "early, at 8 am". There were 3 different numbers (initially, for the entire 7 nights; after check-in for the adequate deal by email for 6 nights; and a final different value for 6 nights). This was the first time, after dozens of international stays, that the reception didn't want to let us see and present the final detailed bill. Finally, there was a maintenance at the front street provided by the city prefecture, partially blocking main entrance, with workers and machines starting at 8:00 am, with a lot of machinery traffic, dust and noise.
