Very enjoyable stay and very reasonably priced

Very friendly and relaxed, had character and charm a fantastic view of the sea and great location near to sea front and center of town - bars, restaurants and shops a stone throw away.

10- !!! The service was exceptional from the host!! Wishes were fulfilled and even exceeded! Only one had a birthday, but the whole party was noticed and surprised! We had a really good time. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the location near the beach and services was really good. We had a party of 4, so the balconies next to each other were convenient. We also shared a common kitchen. The second room had a bathroom in the room, but no fridge. The other has a private bathroom in the corridor, but a small own fridge. The terrace on the first floor was available for dining. We enjoyed our breakfast (bakery and shop really close) twice on our own balcony and twice on the lower terrace next to the shared kitchen.

Beds are quite hard.

Already want to go back! Toni and his family are the best hosts, they are extremely nice people and are very helpful and hospitable. They welcomed us warmly with cold beer and helped us with many things. Excellent location, fantastic beaches nearby, lots of places to eat and enjoy walking, good air conditioning and pretty terrace. If you want to feel like home this is a place you are looking for :)

Simple but charming room.

The room was comfortable and clean. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful Definitely recommend staying in Cavtat in order to visit Dubrovnik, only 40mins by boat or bus.

Views over quaint village

Fantastic location a short stroll to bakery and restaurants. So happy I stayed here and not Dubrovnik. Just a completely different vibe. Beautiful view of the quaint village.

I wouldn't say this is luxury accommodation but it was very generous and xtremely clean.

Beautiful stay in comfortable room with amazing view - I will 100% return.

The location is incredible! Just a minute walk from the center of the town. The balcony offers an unbeatable view of the bay. The room is clean, large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. I work remote and was able to comfortably work on a desk inside the room and at the table on the balcony. The apartment is very clean and neat. To top it all off, the host was so kind and helpful.

Host was very friendly and supportive trying to fulfil all our wishes (thank you). Location itself is perfect, just a minute to the center/port/bus. All needed facilities (ATM, bank, post, shop, bar) around. Public transport to Dubrovnik available every hour. We were allowed for early check in/out what helped a lot.

Disappointing propietor

Cavtat itself was lovely

I had a genuine medical emergency at home and had to leave at the starr of my stay. The proprietor made sympatgetic noises about refunding my charges and in short was not open and honest with me. He put tge blame on Booking.Com for no refund and they blamed him for no refund. In short neither party honoured their implied promises. I am disgusted with Tony who was not direct or honest in his dealings with me. Consequently by being as he was he has lost a potential return customer.

The host was really nice, and even offered us some house wine. The location is also perfect, right next to the old town. Accomodation is simple, but the quality / price ratio is definitly worth it.

Place is in the Cavtat center , nice.

comfortable bed, mattress. very clean place. shops , beach close by. parking place is next tp apartment. Host is kind , like to chat...:)

wi fi is totally weak in the room , mostly disconnected. I spoke to owner, he said THE BEST WI FI IN THE AREA :). Rooms and windows , apartment are next to each other , very close by, You can hear conversation from the balcony of other guests from different apartments. Kitchen is common, but clean, polite. AC in apartment is weak as well, power goes for nothing, in June it wont be strong enough to chill apartment. Owner says he fixed it after some previous guests appeal. :)

Great location with a short walk to swim and the center. It had everything we needed including air-conditioning and WiFi. Owned and run by a very friendly family. Great value for money.

Room had a good view and it was located close to the city center.

Had difficulty finding the property and the AC didn’t work in the original apartment I had the booked. They gave me a different room. It will be helpful to guests who are new to Cavtat if the address was clearly indicated with a sign: Guest House Marija

My stay was a brief and a pleasant one - short but sweet!

The hosts were very forthcoming and accommodating, they provided extra bits and bobs like a corkscrew and wine glasses to make my stay more enjoyable. The view from my room was a direct line of sight all the way to Dubrovnik, right over all the red tiled roofs of the old town of Cavtat itself. I was fortunate to have experienced it both on a cloudless, clear day without a wisp of of a cloud in sight, as well as under a glowering, stormy sky worthy of the likes of Turner or Monet (pictures below)

I certainly could have used a mini fridge in the room.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, value for money, nice owners, we will definately stay here again.

The property is in a really quiet place, the views of the bay from our balcony were stunning, the owners were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable, there was access to a kitchen if needed, but we didn't use it, the bedding and towels were changed every few days, there was an air conditioner in the room that was effective and reasonably quiet, a nice balcony with a table and chairs, the apartment is located a couple of minutes walk from Cavtat's main sea front were there are shops, bars, restaurants, a bakery and two small supermarkets.

Only a small niggle, the room we had, the bathroom and shower were in a separate room about 4 feet across a hallway, it was private, but we would have liked the toilet and shower en-suite in the bedroom, so if I stay in future I will pay for an upgraded room.

Good location, clean room, nice view, hosts were helpful.

Would be nicer to have a little fridge in the room but it was not a problem as we had communal kitchen and fridge to keep our food in there if we wanted :)
