I would stay here if I could everyday !

Everything was excellent. From the rooms , (shampoo , conditioner , lotion , body wash , feminine products , ironing board , towels, pool accommodations for disabled patrons and the nice staff Mrs. Rebecca of course and the breakfast was outstanding ! They even had different flavored waffle syrup . Yummy !

The Booking time frame was off and we had to wait for a room to become available upon arriving . The manager on duty Mrs.Rebecca accommodated us as she said .

It was nice, I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Room size was nice!

There were a few hairs in the bathtub and shower which did not belong to me or my daughter.

Definitely will be staying again!

Easy to find, felt safe staying there. The beds were amazing. The staff was super friendly. It was exceptionally clean and was worth the moneys

It is farther from the beach than I would have liked but the on and off wasn't bad at all. We also didn't care for the sliding barn door for the bathroom. It didn't allow for much privacy.

Everything was enjoyable until the checkout experience described.

The arrangement was to pay for the pet fee when we checked out so that it could be paid on a different card. The desk clerk, when informed of this, was unwilling to back out the charge from my credit card to charge it to a different person's card. Very unaccommodating. Btw, $75.00 pet fee for a miniature schnauzer is ridiculous.

Convenient but quiet location near I 10 and a shopping center

New and clean and quiet.

It was cold, and there was no heat on in the upper floors. But we were able to turn the heat on in our room and warm it up after about 45 minutes.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Use the provided ear plugs though for a silent night.

Clean, new property with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool, laundry facilities and great breakfast.

Walls too thin, neighbour kept us up late watching car racing, felt like we were sleeping in pit lane of formula 1 race track. I now understood why they provided ear plugs. Direction sign for hotel entrance needs to be bigger as easily missed sending us onto major road way instead of hotel.

Fantastic, extremely clean and welcoming and helpful staff.

The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

The signage for the hotel, to turn into the shopping centre car park was woefully inadequate. We were sent on a detour around in circles until we found our way to the right car park. The hotel can be seen from the highway, larger signage would be helpful to travellers.

Great!

Breakfast was excellent. They even provided seasonal batter mix (pumpkin spice)! Location worked out very well with easy access to interstate and roads downtown. And the staff besides being very friendly, they provided information on places to visit and eat which were spot on!

Ant issue in parking lot. The ants will get into your car.

It was clean in the room. The Staff was extremely nice and AMAZING.

Ants in my car after one night. The ants are in every crevice, nook and panel. I was driving away, killing ants, one even bit me. It wasn’t worth staying there, because now I have an ant problem inside my car. THERE WAS NO FOOD INSIDE MY CAR. The front desk acknowledged that they have an ant problem in the parking lot.

Successful birthday weekend

The location was great it was close to everything. The room was smaller but comfortable. The pool area was very nice. Also the breakfast area was clean spacious and the food was excellent

Will Visit Again!!!

Our three night stay was great,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. The stay was like a home away from home clean, peaceful and convenient.

The only thing I can say would be better( it's just a me thing) the restroom doors give no privacy.
