My family and I (children 11 & 12) had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly clean and set up. The pool and hot tub are amazing - the kids were in there all day. When it rained, the kids played in the huge basement/game room. Bill, the owner, was lovely to deal with and easy to contact with questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The owner, Bill was a pleasure. He allowed us to arrive early, made great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to emails/texts. The house was fantastic and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house was close to some local restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the town. The backyard is beautiful with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and plenty of seating for outdoor eating. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a spacious, spectacularly appointed, stunning home, inside and out. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and at home, from the fluffy white towels to the crystal clear, warm pool. We all agreed that, though the pictures of the house are beautiful, they do not do this home justice. The yard is vast with older plantings and trees that make it feel very private. The beach is just a short bike ride away and you pass adorable and quaint Westhampton Beach village on the way. There are cute, homey restaurants within walking distance. What more could you ask? It definitely exceeded our expectations.

We came at the end of July for a baseball tourney at Baseball Heaven. We were thrilled with the house. Had everything we needed. I even learned a new way to make coffee !! The house is close to the beach and the WHB town. We also parked at the train station and rode to the city. Very easy and convenient. The kids loved the hot tub, pool and pool table. Thanks for creating a great vacation house !
