Wonderful stay in picturesque Santa Gertrudis

Such a beautiful location in picturesque Santa Gertrudis. The hotel smells amazing. The rooftop is a great place to relax.

We loved the hotel! rooms are big and confortable. the decor is beautiful and the hotel is so clean and well taken care of. it’s a little nest in Santa Gertrudis, we will definitely come back next time ! thank you Javier at reception to make our stay so lovely.

Great location, lovely hotel, super comfortable

Overall we loved our stay at Gatzara. Rooms are super comfortable with great A/C, very well located, rooms are quiet, there is a great cafe downstairs, the local village is beautiful with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful, nice rooftop pool & bar. Would definitely stay again!

No breakfast. Location was good. Staff were nice but generally not good.

We paid for a suite which wazs a small room, pretty much exactly the same as the other rooms. no bath, no breakfast, keys didnt work, lift didnt work, only a few amenities like a coffee machine with no milk. this is a basic hotel, not luxury, even though costs are high. pretty average. keys broke in the night which meant you couldnt access your room at all, and no one around to answer the phone or help - so literally people were locked out.

Poor value for money - beautiful hotel but little attention to customer care

deco, location and staff

- No breakfast - deal with next door café for a tiny discount, but need to pay separately. Not even a bottle of water in your room or fruit to pick up - Bar only open from 6pm. We were there at 6.30 and still no one there - Basically, nothing is available during the day. There is a big beautiful space when you enter where they used to serve breakfast, but because there is nothing/ no one, in the end it ends up feeling like the entrance of a Holiday Inn. - Internet terrible - takes around 30mins to download an app, took me 2hrs to fill some online forms because it kept disconnecting - Gym: no towels, no water. Big space, but very few machines incl. no treadmill, cross trainer or weight machine. There are strict limits on number of people due to COVID, but they have external people coming in for classes, de-prioritizing hotel guests. - Pool on terrace is beautiful, but if you come in off season it is freezing cold with no heater and therefore virtually unusable. Also no towels around, absolutely zero service up there during the day or evening If the owner spent half the effort s/he put on decoration into customer service, it would be a fabulous hotel. Pity that after 4 nights here we are left with the feeling that there is no thought put into customer needs. For the price we paid, I can’t recommend this hotel.

nice boutique hotel in santa gertudis

lovely hotel, very nice staff- especially Naomi at reception- very helpful with info about the island. would definitely recommend and go back

did not serve breakfast, had to go to cafe in same building, dont think that this is good for a hotel this price range. we had some problems when we did not get the right room, but they solved it and gave us a bottle of champagne to apologise.

Lovely stay!

Lovely staff, location, vibe and interior. We stayed during Covid times and everything was clear. Would recommend staying here if you want to stay somewhere central on Ibiza while exploring the island!

The front rooms can be a bit noisy because it's on the town square and above the restaurants. It wasn't disturbing for us at all, we're morning people and enjoy the fuzziness, but if you like to sleep in I'd recommend asking for a room at the back of the building.

Lovely stay in a central location with great restaurants and shopping on the doorstep!

The rooms were lovely and the bed was super comfy. Nice toiletries and a great shower! The pool/bar area is great with lovely views all around. The staff were super friendly and really helpful and the free coffee and wine in reception ;-)

There was no free water which we thought was strange given there was free coffee and wine.
