L'emplacement... En plein centre et au bord de la mer... La vue depuis les étages supérieurs..

Aucun entretien de cette appartement... Le bain à remous ne fonctionne pas... La salle de bain est salle, moisissure à plusieurs endroits.. Rouille sur le dossier du bain.. Chaises sur le balcon explosé.. Les éclairages de lit ne fonctionne pas... La piscine du toit est sale..... Payante alors que c'était compris dans la location.. Vitres opaques... Ci joints photos

The room was very nice as well as the location. The view was magnificent.

Panorama Ocean View is the apartment version of a luxury hotel and that is noticeable in some of the services and friendliness of the staff.

Extremely dissatisfied - would never return

The location was very convenient.

- stains on sheets - elevator was extremely slow considering there were more than 6 - reception staff was clueless - reception was always busy - no way to contact reception from hotel room - floors are slippery - rooms are very run down

breakfast restaurant was good, with a good selection of food and drink, staff were nice and helpful, so it was a pleasure to eat there.

when we arrived we had a big discussion with your employee, they claimed that I had booked a room without breakfast, despite the fact that it was clearly stated on my booking confirmation that incl. breakfast. I ordered the following room Panorama Nha Trang Ocean View - but it was bad market guidance, as there was only a view of the city. the room was not clean, towels, dirty, so all in all, a bad experience

Central location, easy to move around. The room is clean and well-equipped.

I don't like the uncomfortable pillow, which made me experience neck pain. The staff should change the toothbrush and toothpaste after cleaning. The drain in the bathroom is not good since water gets stuck there.

Bad

The view and location.

I did not like the misleading photos and the fact that rooms are privately owned with different levels of standards. We somehow missed that detail. When I checked in there were ants in the bathroom. The person said they would handle it. Everything seemed OK until I returned and saw them on my shoes in the closet area and all on my laptop on the desk. I packed everything and kept it on the sofa night one and hoped none got on my bed. I came home from working the following night and they were on my bed and then there was a roach on the other bed. I sent a pic to the person and they said they would deal with it in the morning and to try and rest. Who can rest with the thought of bugs crawling on them? At midnight, I packed up and looked for another hotel. Only then, did they offer to change my room, not that I would anyway. I asked for a refund for that night and the next night and he just kept repeating 'No refund' which should not be the policy if your rooms are subpar. First, I came with a group and one of my colleagues changed rooms 3 times before one was tolerable. Another had a room that didn't lock. There was issue after issue. I was there on business and was exhausted. No one wants to be anxious about their sleeping conditions. The nice people interfacing with customers are only doing what they are told by the owners. None of my colleagues were happy about our stay and hopefully they all will take the time to write a review. This is not the place you want to stay regardless of the view.. This is the only time I have ever stayed in a hotel that I felt was misrepresented on Booking. Go to the Novotel, where I ended up. It was like day and night!

Lovely view, adequate accomodations, but strangely privately owned rooms have their own rules.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the view was amazing. I also enjoyed the pool and wifi was good enough.

No mini-bar, breakfast was not included. Each hotel room is privately owned, so there is great variation in the quality of each room. I wanted to check-out at 12:30 instead of 12:00 sharp and the staff had to check with the owner, who promptly said "no", which seemed strange since it wasn't a complicated request. There is no security if you need to hold your bags with reception either.

Not a great experience, and I would not return.

The location was great, and the balcony was enjoyable. If you get a room towards the beach side, you can see the water from a certain angle. It was quiet, not much noise at night on the upper floor of the building.

These apartments are privately owned and not part of the hotel. This should not be described as a luxury property. The hotel staff contacts the apartment owner's staff to arrive and charge guests with a portable credit card machine. There's no phone in the room, no room service, and no food or coffee can be taken out of the restaurant. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. There was NO equipment in the kitchenette for cooking or eating, i.e. no coffee or tea cups, no glasses (besides little water glasses for the bathroom,) no plates/bowls, silverware or a simple pan to cook an egg. There was a hot pot for heating water and a microwave, but not even a package of instant coffee or tea. Also, it was advertised as having a kingsize bed, but it was actually two smaller beds pushed together. There weren't any hand towels or face cloths, only 2 bath towels. The owner's staff only responded by having their housekeeper do an extra cleaning of the bathroom. No refunds or any type of compensation will be given.

cleanliness in room when check-in, the urine smell very bad still remained. HK did not clean the room properly.
