The location was perfect for a quiet vacation and I love the view from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided the information I needed. I would love to come back again in winter for the northern lights.

Nicely remodeled and staff are super nice.
Bathroom was a bit odd for us.
4.3
The rooms were amazing and the view was incredible. The spa was also really nice.
The menu from the restaurant was small and the food was very pricy.

Super cosy and a nice place with many activities and amazing views!

Very nicely renovated room, very clean, super comfortable beds; very nice reception and dining area; delicious breakfast, options to rent bikes, kayaks, SUPs; very helpful, friendly staff
Just the smallish bathroom space and lack of shelving/hooks, not a big deal

Gorgeous location and friendly staff. Everything is furnished and decorated with so much attention to detail it seems like a real passion project. Very cozy rooms with super comfortable beds!
Quite small breakfast buffet for the hefty price of 200 NOK per person.

The bedroom was really nice with an amazing view! It was all clean. The blinds keept the sun out pretty well
The staff was just lovely! Since the sun was out all the time we kinda lost track of time and didn‘t realise that the bar was already closed when we got down. And even though the bar was already closed for an hour they still served us! Thanks again :)
Since we were there befor high season we could park our car at a camping place and recharge it, which was really nice as well.
Loved our stay there, would recommend.
nothing :)

The location and views are nice.
Sauna seemed nice but you have to hook it says before you arrive.
Where do I start?
When I contacted the hotel they confirmed that the shared kitchen was basic but functional.
When we arrived there was no water there, no kettle to cook anything and the lights went off when someone turned on the microwave.
It took 1 h to boil water. When another couple could not use the oven and was also told that the kitchen was functional (how do you cook and wash dishes without water???), we decided to complain at the reception.
They offered a solution to cook in a cottage that was not cleaned from previous guests but had a kitchen.
I think they have never heard about customer service.
That evening they had a gin party organised - so they saw us as inconvenience? Could feel it in the tone of the manager.
We asked to at least have a breakfast as a compensation. It took a while for them to agree and they did not inform the other couple.
The WC next to the kitchen had no water either… imagine the sight there…
The second day when we decided to take a picture of the famous kitchen, we saw there a mice in the bin…
The room was dusty and it was not possible to keep the window open. The bed was accessible only from one side as the other side was next to the window. There were also some hair in the bathroom, so definitely problems with hygiene in that place.

Great waterfront cabins, friendly staff, awesome and probably the best sauna and hot tub in Lofoten.
A bit more expensive than in other places.
4.3
Beautiful family cabin with a fireplace and good facilities. We have used the sauna in the morning too which has a stunning view.
We have had a couple of issue during the stay but they have been sorted by the lovely lady at reception.
4.3
great decor cabins. good location and very well designed.
no wifi. mentioned to staff 3 times over 2 nights stay. they have one wifi for all cabins and reception area plus they had back to back private parties at reception hall which gives priority to those attending for wifi
we end up with no wifi across all 4 cabins for both nights.

The view. The room with sea view is really worth it. If the weather is on your side, you'll be able to see the lights just from your window. The restaurant is beautiful too, we didn't want to leave the place. The crew is also very nice, with a special mention for Nico, he made our experience way much better. We also feel we have gained a friend.
Shared kitchen tubes were frozen so we could not cook. That was the only thing.

The environment was incredible
La cocina fue muy sucia

The room was very confortable and clean, with amazing views. Very well located and easy to park.
I missed a hairdryer in the bathroom and a privat fridge in the room (there is one, but shared in the corridor).

The view was great from our living room. Very great value for money.
The toilet is a bit small, but considering the price, it is already a great deal!

Amazing view and facilities.. Very friendly staff!

We loved pretty much everything! From the cozy lounge to the bar and drinks to the kind staff! Our room was very clean and with a nice view. There’s a kitchen for guests where you could cook your own meal and eat it in the common aerea with a fireplace! There is also a hot tube and sauna on a pier on the fiord. The location is 10/15 minutes from Svolvaer center but we loved being outside. You also have the chance to see the northern lights from your room. Free parking on the property.
The kitchen is not that good-looking but it works. We went during winter so the restaurant was closed unfortunately.
We couldn’t make the hot tube due to a problem of the heating water but it wasn’t charged and we loved the stay anyway!

fjordview and the cozy room 206 was fantastic for us the 2 nights. We slept very well and the staff was super friendly. We also saw the aurora borealis over the mountain. We are looking forward to spend our summer holidays at Skårungen in a view years. Breakfast ans lobby, social spaces were also very good.
sadly the jacuzzi was already overbooked - but we also booked very spontainious - so it was our fault - if this happens often maybe you can upgrade capacities.

The sauna and hot tub are absolutely amazing, don't forget to book that during your stay.
The accommodation and the team working there are awesome. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Amazing place

The seaside cabins have a great view of the cove area and mountains! I loved watching the hearings eating in the morning. The cabin is very clean and has a stocked kitchen for those who want to cook. The area is far enough away from the city that there is not much light polution. The staff is very friendly and since it was off season, they allowed us to check in early.
The bathroom is tiny and smells funny. The beds were not that comfortable and there is a light right outside the window where the bed is.
4.3
the spa is a must visit! the most scenic sauna and hot tub I ever visited. the restaurant area was quite chill and had good views of the surrounding mountains
we got the hotel room which was above the reception building. there wasn’t a lift to the room and the stairs were quite steep. the hotel room directly faced the camper vans and canoes parked on the premises. so it wasn’t a good view enjoyed in the room
4.3
Very clean and lovely room. The staff has been very helpful and kind

The property is in a great location.
There were items that were in the photos that we were expecting to be able to use that weren’t there. When we asked staff they did there aren’t those items for us to use and it didn’t matter as you can’t book those properties anymore.
There needs to be more toilet and shower facilities. There were always queues for the toilets at anytime of day.
