The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Some confusion with check in and payment as the main reception is near the bus drop off instead of the property itself. No hot water and the staff could not be contacted. We were also given the room on the first floor, which had a weird basement attic in the bedroom.

The location was good, but that was all that was good I'm afraid.

The internet was really bad and did not work most of the time. There was very bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms which was not resolved promptly, they told us to open the bathroom door and the windows (the bathroom has no window), which of course did not help at all. So we asked for a change of apartment, which they did. The other apartment was cleaner and the internet worked better at first. Until they turned off the router on our floor and the Wifi signal was only workable near to the door. The only explanation they gave was that the owner removed that router. The kitchen was also not very well equipped, do not expect to be able to cook your own meals.
