Quiet location with close proximity to walking trail and river
We did not have a really pleasant experience when my parents stayed here for 4 nights.
Apartment is OK, fantastic location if you have transportation, but the owner is irresponsible person.
In the US we have slang terms for these types of landlords – slumlord. The person who doesn't care about guests/ tenants at all and doesn't maintain the property.
On our first day we noticed a strong smell of septic in the area and later figured out that part of the parking lot was flooded by septic water including feces and toilet paper. I contacted the owner and notified her but she mentioned that they are aware about this situation and promised to fix it ASAP. Nothing was fixed during our period of stay. A long-term guest from the neighbor's apartment told us that they had this leaked septic for a while, for at least a few months.
Also, we revealed a hornet nest at the rear deck after my father got stung by a giant hornet. We complained and asked the owner to get rid of the hornet nest, but she suggested us to use boiled water to destroy the nest. Really???
We are very disappointed.
Do not expect extra service here.
I do not recommend this place.

It was in short distance to Tallinn old town
Outdated place, greasy cutlery, sewage overflowing outside. Smell horrible.

It is very big apartment (located on multiple floors - only stairs so not suitable for handicapped persons). There is plenty of room for big family or friends group.
There is everything in the kitchen to cook your meals - we cooked lasagna. Wolt is also delivering take-away orders there.

Everything was very dirty.

Place was clean, warm and great for what we needed for a night. Needs a car to get there, but fine by us for a short stay. Good value and would book again.
Bedding and towels etc all clean, but the kitchen had dirty pots, pans and utensils. Oven needs replacing it is so bad. But with a toaster and some tea-towels and clean utensils it will be nice.

Very good water pressure, comfy beds.
Inconvenient placement of some light switches, some of lamps were not bright enough.

The kitchen was nice but not much cooking utensils.
-The location
-Not kid friendly, no play area for little children
-There was no curtains in the apartment, so it was very bright at night due to the street lights and early morning was hard to get good sleep. So the place could do with some curtains and not just transparent window blinds.
- The apartment was cold, took a few days to get the owner to come turn on the heating, it was more comfortableafterwards.
