Relaxed vacation

Marija is an excellent host and very kind, she has an excellent team that keeps the hygiene of the apartment at a high level, as well as the maintenance of the yard.

Family trip

Cleaning was excellent, done every day. Big garden for kids to play and places to take dinner were excellent. Next to the beach, with facilities like umbrellas and sunbeds. It is a place I recommend.

Красива градина и гледка към морето

Хазяйкта Мария е много любезна, усмихната, говори английски и е на място през цялото време и е готова да съдейства. Студиото е с голяма красива градина с много добре поддържана трева и красиви цветя. В градината има места за почивка и хранене. Градината е много приятна. Пред градината има маслинова горичка т.е. няма други сгради. Има място за паркиране към студиото за всяка кола. Изключително чисто. Всеки ден се почиства стаята и се оправят леглата. Има достатъчно голям хладилник, кана за топла вода, кухненски бокс и посуда. Храна можете да си купите от големите магазини, които са на пет-десет минути с кола. Към всяка стая има климатик, малък телевизор с немного програми, тераса с масичка и столове, простор с щипки за пране. Врататата към терасата е с комарник и с щора, която затъмнява помещението. Плажът е съвсем близо, не е много широк и е до автомобилен път. Можете да си вземете плажни принадлежности от студиото. Всяка стая има гледка към морето, но тези на втория етаж са с по-хубава гледка.

Забележките, изброени по-долу няма да ни откажат да посетим студиото отново. Към балконите няма сенници и са огрети от слънцето почти през целия ден. Вечер лампите доста блестят, ако сте седнали на терасата. В двора се разхождат няколко котки, които са домашни, гледани и любимци на хазяите, но си вършат естествените нужди в тревата, което води до неприятни миризми и риск от настъпване на тези неприятни неща. Т.е. малко дете не можете да пуснете да пълзи или да ходи в тревата. Пътят пред студиото не е натоварен, но се чуват колите. Съседите до нас се будеха преди изгрев слънце, вдигаха щората, вдигаха шум, блъскаха нещо и ни будеха. Студиото е отдалечено от заведения и магазини. За вечеря или обяд може да се отиде пеш в близкото селце, където няма много ресторанти или до Неа Мудания с кола.

Very close to the beach, very clean. Hosts clean rooms every day and after 3 days they have changed the bedsheets. There

Close to the beach Big size apartment on ground floor. Roller shuts for good sleep. AC for cooling the rooms. Kitchenette for preparing meals.

Nothig, except the mosquitos but this is not about the property, it’s about the environment.

I recommend this resort...

The location of our room in the facility was very good. In general, we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility and our room.

I can only say that the bathroom is a bit narrow.

A refreshing stay and a wonderful vacation.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The balcony view is amazing and the hosts are wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. The garden is beautiful, well maintained, and a blessing when having a small baby.

A sanctuary that I badly needed in these fast-running time. I wish I can visit this place again.

Tranquility in the middle of the olive garden that ends in the sea. Morning coffee by beach, walking, swimming and catch sight of mount Olympus... my element. I didn't rent a car, there are tour agencies that was helpful in visiting places. Very friendly host and sparkling cleanliness.

I couldn't fault anything. All was good.

Awesome for a calm vacation!

The place was super clean and comfortable, right next to the beach with private parking. The staff was really friendly, polite and helpful. Everything was great overall! We would definitely come back!

Superb

We were with our one-year old at the end of May. We were in one of the ground rooms as per our request. It was important for us to be able to use the yard and have our son crawl in that space. The weather was very good, warm, not too hot. For the first two nights it was a bit chillier in the room, so we had to use the blankets that are at your disposal in the rooms. The room is quite new. You have everything in there. The towels and linens are regularly changed and the room gets cleaned. The porch is spacious and you have privacy. Each porch has a separate water hose that you can use for cooling off. For people travelling with small kids, I'd maybe recommend to take some kitchenware with you for cooking (in case you cook often and for several people). However, we didn't ask but you I think that you can get more kitchenware from the host. The facility overall is qute new and it's being attended to very good. The garden is perfect and spacious, very well trimmed grass, with nice sunbeds and nice rest/chill areas with tables and chairs. It's great for people with kids. At the property you also have sun umbrellas, portable sunbeds, rackets, etc. that you can use while going to the beach. The beach is literally 100-150 meters away. You can go back and forth with ease in case you forget anything. The town is ~2.5km away where you basically find everything. On foot, by the shore, you can reach it in 40-50 minutes. With car it's 5 min away. Near the property there's also the Dionisiou area where you can find supermarkets (~1km away), bakery, wider beach, restaurants and beach bars. The hosts, Marija and her daughter were very attentive and helpful. For our little one, when we had to bathe him, we needed to heat up the place and we couldn't set the A/C to heat mode. When we told this to Marija, she immediately brought (I think she even bought them) heaters for use (one big, one small).

The apartment is astonishing clean and supllied with all necessary housing items that made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are decorared in creative manner. The place is near a local road but pretty quite and suitable for peaceful vacation. The host is a lovely person that gives special spirit to the pansion. I highly recommend Argo apartements ❤
