About this house rental
Adorable town house just steps from the beach of St Enogat, shops and Thalassa Dinard. Everything is done on foot, the car is parked, free, throughout your stay.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, in 2 bedrooms plus 1 master suite, each with comfortable beds of 160x200.
The terrace invites to idleness to drink a coffee, read or nap.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to concoct good dishes for the whole family.
The neat decoration, in an ethnic-chic spirit, will offer you a resolutely warm atmosphere.
The house is also very well placed if you want to follow a spa without staying at the Novotel.
The rental of household linen (sheets 160x200 cover, duvet cover 240x260, towels, ...) is available in supplement on request.
A cleaning fee of 40 € / stay is applied in addition to the rental price.

Stayed at this property with my family of four for four nights. The location is excellent and we thought the property was great! Alexa is a helpful host who supplied us with several recommendations we used for restaurants and sightseeing.

The house is well equipped and beautifully presented. St Enogat has some wonderful local restaurants just steps from the property, together with several fantastic patisseries, boulengeries and a well stocked grocery. The wonderful St Enogat beach is under 5 walk, and all the amenities of central Dinard are within a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful, traditional seaside holiday, and our host, Alexa was extremely helpful, giving us great recommendations, and communication was excellent from the moment of booking, highly recommend.

The house is a beautiful, well-equipped, cozy, tastefully renovated house in a good location (minutes to a beautiful sandy beach, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance). We really enjoyed the stay.

Maison rénovée, agréable, proche de la plage de Saint-Enogat et des commerces. Située à 15 mn à pied du centre de Dinard.
Les propriétaires ont été de bons conseils qui nous ont préconisé, notamment, la navette fluviale pour nous rendre à Saint-Malo.

First time Bretagne and it couldn’t have been better! House Kawai was a Perfect spot, ideal for two couples, located in the center of St. Enogat / Dinard, close to various restaurants and walking distance (10 min) to the city center of Dinard. A small beach from where a coastal footpath offers amazing and nearly endless walks, either to Dinard or opposite, only 2 minutes away. The house itself is modern, cosy and comfortable and fully equiped and good standard of kitchen utensils.

First, but definitely not the last time in Dinard / St. Enogat
First time Bretagne and it couldn’t have been better! House Kawai was a Perfect spot, ideal for two couples, located in the center of St. Enogat / Dinard, close to various restaurants and walking distance (10 min) to the city center of Dinard. Excellent séjour
Un séjour dans une charmante maison. Une décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Rien ne manque. Alexa transmet toutes les informations pour faciliter le séjour de ses hôtes. Toute la famille était enchantée. Les jeunes ont fait des photos pour s'inspirer de la décoration. Nous recommandons tous.

Weekend à Dinard
La maison est très agréable, idéalement située pour visiter la ville a pied. L'accueil et les conseils de la propriétaire sont au top. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Dinard.

Charmante maison joliment rénovée et pratique
Nous avons passé de belles vacances de noël dans la maison de pêcheur toute rénovée avec goût d’Alexa. Parfaite pour un couple avec enfant(s). La maison est idéalement située en plein cœur de saint enogat, et tous les commerces de bouche se situent à proximité. La plage est à deux minutes à pied, juste parfait ! Malgré la pluie nous avons bien profité de ce cadre cocooning au grand air ! Merci à Alexa et son mari pour leur accueil impeccable et cette prestation de qualité.

La maison est confortable et bien située à toute proximité de la plage de St Enogat. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la pièce à vivre bien aménagée. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Nous avons donc passé une bonne semaine en famille malgré le mauvais temps.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison dinardaise à St Enogat
Au coeur de ST Enogat, une maison confortable et très bien équipée. Les "plus" : la proximité des commerces et la plage de ST Enogat qui est pour nous la plage la plus agréable de DInard. Dans la maison, le charme de la "suite parentale" très spacieuse et la petite terrasse extérieure, abritée du vent et ensoleillée en début d'après midi qui nous a permis des moments de pause agréables et d'activités calmes avec les 3 enfants. Un contact très sympathique avec Alexa, basé sur la confiance réciproque . Nos petites filles ont passé d'excellentes vacances et sont reparties en pleine forme .

Maison charmante, très confortable, joliment décorée et idéalement située.
Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille et la maison est idéale. A 2 minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage de Saint Enogat.
Alexa est très accueillante et a répondu à toutes nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour.
La maison est très bien équipée, la literie de très bonne qualité et la terrasse très agréable avec son mobilier confort et sa petite douchette en rentrant de la plage.
Nous recommandons vivement cette maison, parfaite pour un séjour en famille !

La maison est idéalement située dans le centre de St Enogat.
Elle est très bien rénovée, bien conçue et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Elle dispose de tout le confort, la cuisine est équipée avec des appareils de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Nous avons passer 4 jours en hiver le logement est très agréable bien chauffé, il ne manque rien tous fonctionne. Petit bourg très sympa facile à ce garer , on va à la mer à pied en 2 minutes , un espace extérieur petit mais agréable. Literie et linge de maison de très bonne qualités, la chambre parentale est spacieuse. Communication avec la gérante Alexa très rapide . Je recommande cette location

Une adresse que l’on voudrait ne garder que pour soi...
Dès l’extérieur elle est charmante, cette petite maison nichée au cœur de Saint Énogat, le berceau de Dinard. Pousser la porte, c’est se sentier accueilli, attendu. Tout y est ravissant, soigné et de bon goût. On regrette seulement de n’y rester qu’un week-end !!!

La maison est très agréable à vivre et offre les prestations annoncées. Une décoration soignée et des équipements de qualité ( electromenager, literies, etc) y participent egalement. L’accueil de la propriétaire était formidable et tout est fait pour vous être utile. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur.
