Exceptional

Close to all amenities. Beautiful location. Luis was so friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was light bright and spacious. Spotlessly clean.

A perfect place for your getaway

The large apartment has a beautiful view on the beach of Albir. My girlfriend describes the views as "a Monet tableau". Even for a small trip of just 3 days, it allowed us to disconnect, relax, and make the most of our holiday. The balcony is perfect for taking your breakfasts and apéros and the apartment has all the facilities that you might need (equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, hair dryer). Truly a perfect place to stay!

We loved everything, the only comment we would have as a couple is that it would be great to have a double bed instead of two singles put together (as they move a bit).

Absolutely amazing apartments right on the beachfront with amazing views. Apartment was spotless and we couldn't fault a thing, very comfortable beds. A big shout out to our host Luis who was amazing, so welcoming and even arranged to meet us off the bus, gave us the grand tour and was available by phone with lots of tips for places to visit and good restaurants, thank you Luis we will definitely be returning to Edificio apartments 😊

The apartment was lovely. It is a modern spotlessly clean apartment with everything you need available including cooking facilities mucrowave iron kettle and even a brilliant hairdryer. A washing machine is also in and all washing soaps and other cleaning materials there if you need. Tv and wifi and a bonus of aire con included free. Luis the owner is helpful, friendly and on hand should you require anything, even a short text during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is close to the beach and surrounded by many bars,restaurants, supermarkets and shops and we made use of the private parking which was handy expecially at weekend busy periods. We would definately reccomend to anyone looking to rent somewhere in the Albir area and for the price, location and facilities available think this one may be hard to beat. We shall definately book again.

Nothing in particular as everything was great. Maybe the matresses could have been a bit softer but this did not bother us too much and a couple of extra pillows but again that is our personal choice.

We had a lovely stay here. We had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and Luis was the perfect host. He made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Other than the Negative things above, my stay was Lovely.

I logged everything.

Toilet seat very loose and had to leave the toilet seat up All the Time. Some power point blew in the flat and I wasn’t able to sort it out as I didn’t know where to check it out or what was wrong with it.

Best views from the apartment we have ever seen it was beautiful

Location and views from the apartment was amazing and good information and service form the host. Close to everything did not use the car for the whole 4 days we were there buses so cheap and easy to use.

There was no English tv although it stated satellite tv available we did not realise it would be all Spanish which we do like to have the tv on in the mornings when having breakfast and it would have been ideal when the weather was poor which we did have a couple of days cold weather

Brilliant.

View from the apartment was truly wonderful. parking was great, shops and resteraunts all around, couldnt go wrong.

loved everything nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed it , no problems at all

Location could not be better , near everything you need, beach , bars , restaurant's ! what more could you ask for

everything was fine, Pedro really nice and we are defiantly going back in 2021 to see him again.

Spectacular view, nice apartment, perfect location. Very helpful and friendly host. Pedro makes you fell welcome and always there if you should need advice or any form of help. All in all, highly recommendable.
