Loved looking out the window to see the gorgeous scenery. We could see Minori and Māori. It was the perfect size for two couples traveling together. Access to a washing machine was a bonus.
There are 90 large steps down to the property. I was not aware of that when I booked the property. It is mentioned in the listing, but very small under details. When you are carrying luggage down 90 large steps it was over whelming. Going up in the morning was a good workout. The host was very gracious and arranged for a porter to take our luggage down the stairs to a Main Street to meet our taxi. The beds were also not comfortable, but we traded the comfort for the amazing views!

Great view and a very clean and cozy apartment.
The host was very nice and helpful!
I recommend!

The views were amazing.
Ravello a fantastic place to stay.
The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed.
Being in Ravello, there are a lot of steps ,which we expected and didn't detract from the enjoyment but may not suit everyone.
5.0
Not for the infirm as the steps from the apartment are quite tricky should you have difficulty with them. There are 90 steps to ascend and descend

Breakfast not included, but the view was absolutely breathtaking! Dany, whose family owns the apartment was very sweet and quickly handled any minor issue or question we had. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need for your stay.
It is a lot if steps any time you leave the apartment to go to the square, but we were expecting that and that is the price you pay for an unparalleled view. I only mention it because if you have any problems walking it will be a problem.

Great views and host was nice with our first day. Available kitchen facilities.
90 steps up and down to the square, not mentioned very visually on the booking. it was not part of the initial description. Wifi not that great, AC units worked sometimes but not most days. says two bathroom but one half and one full. One half is outside the house, also the full bath has shower curtain which is too small and you will sitting in a pool of water with your bathroom.

super clean, rustic, historic and with full facilities. great location
nothing! just be aware that Ravello is full of steps and access is by many stairs

We were welcomed warmly on the first day. Ravello and the view from the apartment are delicious.

thank you Danielle for all the assistance in making our time enjoyable in Ravello.
pay attention to the description-if you cannot walk steps this is not the right property for you

Very spacious and traditional Italian apartment. The best thing about the apartment is that every single window has a fabulous view, either of the Church Dome or the Sea and the cities below (Maiore and Minore). It is STUNNING. Dany the hostess is VERY kind and accommodating. The location is perfect to the main center but the stairs are challenging (which is a good thing if you want a good work out). Plenty of closet space and dressers - perfect for a lengthy stay. The property is very clean. A large clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. I loved cooking in the Kitchen with the shutters open with the beautiful view of the church and then dining at the table with my friends with sweeping views of the Sea. I would absolutely stay again.
We stayed in March and wish the heat had been on before we arrived, or at least the shutters open so the sun could have warmed it. It took two days to have the property warm up and we Floridians were freezing. The beds were too firm for me!

Romantic wiews from all windows, even from laundry room there's nice spot. The shower and rooms are clean.

Host was super friendly and welcoming, and gave us lots of local recommendations. The apartment has spectacular ocean view that we enjoyed every morning for sunrise. Room is very functional and clean, very well kept. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the Amalfi Coast.

The view was unbelievable from the balcony, a perfect location, the main square of the town was close, there were a few steps involved but it wasn't that bad. The bus stop wasn't far and everything we needed was in Ravello, we only left to take a day trip to Positano.
The bed was hard, that is our only complaint.

Amazing location, amazing view, amazing host Mrs.Dany who is now my friend, she was so helpful. Super clean everything with all amenities in the house.
I like everything

The view was absolutely stunning. Barely left the terrace, it's honestly incredible. Apartment was clean, well organised and had everything we needed. Dany is a wonderful host, answered every question, organised a lift to pompeii for us and details and recommendations were superb. Can't wait to come back
NOTHING. Has a better view than the Ruffalo gardens :)

The view from the apartment was fantastic!!! One of the best balconies in Ravello!!!!

Epic view, close to ravello town center. Spacious
Balcony with sun beds, 2 tables and 6 chairs.
fully equipped kitchen, AC. Fully refurbished, spacious bathrooms
Internet could be faster. If you are photographer like
myself or own e-commerce business things will load/download slow.
However it’s not end of the world. Bed actually 2 twiw
beds so there is that uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Wow, where do I even begin with this place? I'm half tempted to tell you all that it's horrible and you should never stay here becaue I want to keep this gem all to myself! That wouldn't be fair to the host, Dany, so here's my honest review.
The very short version is that if you're looking for a house in Ravello with a terrace, then you very literally cannot do better than this. I looked endlessly for a terrace and was sure I found the best with Casa Annunziata, but when I actually arrived and stepped foot onto the terrace, I was certain there's not a better one in all of Ravello (at least that's available to rent). It's much, much better than what you see in the photos . . . and the photos are very impressive. You have a completely unobstructed 360 degree view of your surroundings. Also, you know that postcard view of Ravello when you do a Google Image search- the one with the tree and the small church? Well this house is quite literally next door to that church! I actually loved the terrace so much that it ended up being where I proposed to my girlfriend, so if that's not a stamp of approval, then I don't know what is!
I'll stop gushing over the terrace and get to the rest of the place. As others have noted, there are a lot of steps involved in getting to/from the house, but if you can't deal with this, then Ravello probably isn't where you should be staying anyway. The house is very clean and well kept, but is not overly fancy. I think the bathroom was remodeled recently, as it is very modern. It has everything you need. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, as well as another very small terrace off the kitchen that I was not aware of, which was a nice bonus. The house does not have a living room area (just a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), but the terrace ends up being your living room . . . and have I mentioned the view?!
Nothing not to like about this place or the host.

Owner is very lovely, and brings you directly to the authentic Italian apartment. No frills.
Beds very hard, the shower is tiny and often no hot water. Double check that there is a terrace with the apartment you book because images and description leads you to believe there is one. They have two apartments, one without terrace was a let down.

The apartment was perfect for our needs as a family, and in the most beautiful location. Ravello is just picture perfect with its views and streets, and we felt like we were in the heart of that. Dani was a perfect host, so very helpful, attentive and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Annunziata

The views are second to none, the entire place was very clean, bathroom was nice and modern/updated, kitchen was cozy but had everything you needed, and having access to a washer was incredibly useful. Dany (the host) was great and incredibly responsive.
We loved the city of Ravello as well, it was less touristy and crowded than Amalfi and other larger cities on the coast, but still had a selection of restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. It does take an extra bus ride to get up here and there is not access to a beach when you come this high up, but it makes up for it in the views (it's hard to give it justice through the pictures, but they are truly incredible). There was also a symphony performing during our stay (the amphitheater is right behind us), so we got to enjoy a few nice evenings outside listening to the performance. Overall the stay was 10/10 and would recommend this place to friends/family in a heartbeat.
Sometimes you could hear the downstairs neighbors (the inner hall is a little echoey), but overall was never really an issue. Overall there is privacy though since this is the top unit and there is an iron gate that separates this unit from the others.

The host came to the airport to pick us up. That was beyond our expectations.
We loved everything about our stay.

The location was lovely apart from the 91 steps to get to the property .The views were absolutely stunning but unfortunately there was no balcony or terrace to sit out on
We didn’t like the amount of steps and the fact that we had assumed there would be a balcony as was advertised in the description with photos of the property , we were told the terrace was only for the flat above and this didn’t seem clear at the time of booking ,however we had a lovely holiday and didn’t stay at the apartment too long .The other issue was there was only one key for several members in our group .

We absolutely loved Casa Annunziata!! we loved everything… the view , the sunny terrace, the flat , Did I mention the view!! we had the one bedroom flat for 2 people located on the top floor with a huge rooftop terrace overlooking the Amalfi coast . there are sun lounges and a table chairs and we spent most of our time sitting , gazing at the stunning view !Its in a quiet location just a few steps down the hill from the village square . If you have large cases it’s worth getting a porter . The fully equipped kitchen was new and has everything you need and also has its own terrace looking East across the hills . The large bathroom is stylishly renovated with excellent lighting and also has a nice big shower . The bedroom is comfortable and leads onto the terrace through French doors .
We spent 5 nights in Ravello which is the prettiest and least crowded village in the area with some great restaurants, shops and walks . Amalfi and the other villages can all be reached by bus or ferry .
The hostess Dani is lovely . She responds immediately to any queries and was extremely friendly and helpful .

the property is in an amazing location with the best views I have ever seen. They were even nicer than at the Caruso which is one of if not the most expensive hotels in Ravello. the owner Dani was absolutely lovely and so accommodating and helpful. she really went above and beyond.
The bathroom wasn’t great. It was impossible to use the shower without flooding the bathroom and there was no outdoor space with our apartment but in terms of value for money and as a base to explore Ravello I would really recommend.
4.5
The apartment is in a beautiful location with the most spectacular views. Dany was there to greet us, she was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was available for questions during our stay. The apartment is spotless and clean. We had plenty of towels and kitchen equipment plus spare bed linen if we required it. The terrace had two sun loungers and a dining table with chairs. We would definitely recommend Dany's place to stay.
We did find the bed slightly hard but this is a minor comment and it did not spoil our stay. You do need to be able to walk up and down the steps to get to the main square. This was not a problem for us. It is typical for Ravello as a whole and in fact most of the Amalfi area.

The large private terrace has the best, most iconic view from Ravello, shared by Villa Rufolo which is literally the next terrace above. The owner keeps flowers growing on the railing, and fresh cushions on the outdoor furniture. We spent an entire perfect day of our vacation on the terrace because it was so out-of-this-world beautiful.
The kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The bathroom is large and newly renovated, and the shower is nice and large. There are a ton of windows, and everything is nice and bright.
The building has 4 other apartments, but we didn’t hear or see another soul during our 5 day stay.
The walk to and from the center piazza has ~90 medieval stone stairs, but is maybe 3 minutes and the location for the view is so worth the exercise.

Dani went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The views on our terrace were magical and the location was ideal!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The views are truly incredible. We stayed in the "apartment with sea view"--it was very comfortable for a family of 5. Kitchen was well-equipped, plenty of towels, etc.
Host was super nice and available, going above and beyond to sort out a minor issue with payment (not her fault).
The apartment is a short distance from the center of Ravello with shops, coffee bars, restaurants. Also, from the apartment, we used trails to walk to several nearby towns including Amalfi.
As mentioned in other reviews, Ravello is a town of stairs. Well worth the effort, but something to consider if that would be a challenge.

Our stay was above and beyond expectations. From the moment our host (Dany) welcomed us to Ravello and throughout our whole stay she was very responsive and warm and offered a lot of tips. The apartments and view are actually even more beautiful in person! The balcony and terrace was amazing, and the whole apartment was super clean, spacious, and well equipped.
There are 90 steps going to the house (downhill directly from Ravello square) but it is clear upfront and Dany offers a porter service in case you have luggage (also there are steps everywhere anyway in Ravello). The view and apartment are worth the steps.

The view was absolutely amazing! It made the trip. Location was great, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. And Dani was a great host, offering us alot of good tips and information of the area. She was very attentive to us throughout our week stay. It was very clean with all needed kitchen amenities.
