Una sorpresa genial!

La cama , súper cómoda! El tamaño de la habitación mucho más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos. Muy buena insonorización. Ammenities de Davides, una marca top de productos sin parabenos ni sulfatos. Genial experiencia en el corazon del barrio de Gracia. Volveremos! Al personal no lo podemos valorar, porque es autocheckin, pero un 10 con la chica que nos contesto por whatsup!

This was once a very nice hotel, but is now owned by a different company that has ruined everything good about it. Almost no staff, and only during business hours. You have to ask in advance for any room cleaning or linens. The kitchen with the previous owners was great, now it's a joke. Feels like a self-serve via app waste of money now. What a shame.

Will be coming back every time I visit Barcelona.

The location was fantastic! We loved the nearby cafes and bars with their lively atmosphere, great drinks, and a chance to enjoy the non-touristic side of Barcelona.

Nice!

The property is really nice and super central in a neighbour that is both quite and lively with shops and squares with nice tapas bar. It’s easier to walk around and reach main attractions. The staff were super nice and lovely. Rooms are like in pictures.

Check in is quite late 4PM. The staff is not there 24/24h. There is one person only until 5PM. Therefore when you enter your room you have less than an hour to understand what you may need.

I felt welcome at very at home while soling up the charming atmosphere of Gravia

Room was well designed the bed was firm and comfortable the stag, especially Judith at the front desk, were all kind and helpful.

Muy buen hotel, localización ideal y un personal muy amable. Algo de ruido.

La localización del hotel es ideal para hacer turismo por el centro de la ciudad y moverse en metro, la habitación estaba muy bien y el baño era bastante amplio.

El ruido del exterior, era un primer piso y siendo la calle semipeatonal podíamos escuchar a la gente en los locales cercanos y era especialmente molesto cuando pasaban motos.

Muy linda la habitación y buena ubicación. El barrio de Gracia es precioso. El check in fue fácil y el contacto con el personal muy fluido.

En la planta baja el restaurante estaba siempre cerrado. Nos hubiera gustado encontrarlo abierto para poder comprar algo así sin salir del edificio.

Super hôtel pour un voyage en famille

Très bon emplacement, personnel très gentil, les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour

Le manque d activité dans l hôtel pendant notre séjour sûrement dû à la basse saison. J aurais aimé profiter du bar mais il était fermé quand on était là. Mais cela n a pas gâché notre voyage

Buena ubicación, mal alojamiento

La ubicación

La habitación. Muy pequeña. El que se acuesta en la parte interior de la cama tiene que saltar. No hay salida alrededor de la cama. Pegada a la pared en el lateral y a la ventana en los pies. El baño sin enchufe y con luz muy mala Con una barra armario encima de un mueble que no permite colgar cosas largas. Te preguntan si te cambian las sábanas para un día y si dices que no hace falta, no limpian la habitación. No se puede ser ecológico.

Загалом можу рекомендувати адже гарна доступність до усих локацій і було чисто.

Добре розташування, великі вікна тому було світло в номері. В вечері не було чутно галасу від кафе, поряд можна було випити гаряче капучино.

Була рання резервація номера про яку заздалегідь повідомили персонал, але коли ми приїхали номер не був готовий. Речі прийшлось залишити на рецепції та йти гуляти відразу з аеропорту.

In the heart of Gracia. Best neighbourhood in Barcelona. Close to shops and Placa, everything was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant and roof top bar, great food drinks and vibe…And no keys. Loved it. My Spanish not so good, the staff had strong English with that beautiful Spanish accent. ❤️

Minor fit and finish/wear and tear issues in room. Sliding shower door tended to jam when closed most of the way. Shower water prone to splashing over sill of stall onto bathroom floor due to design.

Tiny but nice place to stay no more than 2 days

The staff was very friendly. I really liked that they changed the towels as needed. The location was nice, close to grocery stores and coffee shops.

The room and the shower were too tiny, the floor was always wet because the shower door was only halfway with the toilet in a little cube.

Great stay! Good comunication from the staff also the girl who attended us on our check in was super kind and professional, the hotel room was a good size ,very basic but quite modern.

The only disappointment was that the terrace was constantly closed for the weekend we were there that or that no one was at the terrace bar to serve us , and on the other hand we were being woken up every morning 8 AM from a lot of noise made by the cleaning lady who was banging out loudly on the floor the vacuum cleaner and the doors from 8 AM ,we are not against her doin her work but she could conisder that it is a hotel where people are resting at that time of the morning and its unpleasant to be woken up by all this noise

Epic location, really well lit room (totally made my day!). The staff was very kind and helped with questions and requests. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis, and very clean overall.
